Hey there visitor! Welcome aboard!

Finally decided to open my own collection-thread!

I'm the one who is pretty much stuck in the 80's & 90's. And, from the title, you can see that right side of my brain is for Sci-Fi & left is for Horror-love. All the rest lies somewhere in the middle.

Not any sort of original with my preferences and, like many others, mainly collect 1/6 & 1/4 scale pieces.

From time2time, I'm doing reviews for the biggest russian collector's community (the only one +- big russian collector's community :lol), so all my pics & posts will be in review-style. Due to my limited english I will not be able to post full-versions here, but I will still be able to share my passion for all this stuff with you! Thank God this is some kind of an international thing :):duff

And beware! Some of those pics are OLD!!! So... Your eyes!!! :horror:horror:horror:lol

T-800
Cinemaquette

Manufactured by Stan Winston Studios/Toynami.
Year 2005.
1/3 scale.

*Sarah Connor: [narrating]* ...3 billion human lives ended on August 29th, 1997. The survivors of the nuclear fire called the war Judgment Day. They lived only to face a new nightmare: the war against the machines...

All I can say about this one is thank you SWS & thank you Toynami, with special thanks to George Sohn (Cinemaquette-line CEO).

This one always was & always will be my Grail-piece.
I love every single inch of this statue. Well, it's impossible to think otherwise about the guy with avatar like mine.

I bought this piece back in 2009. Got myself a present for T2 18th anniversary.

Oh, and pics are right from the 2009 too! So, like I said in the 1st post - YOUR EYES!!! :horror
But at least you can see the statue itself on them :lol

Thank you Louis! Coming from the man with one of the best collections on the board - that's a real compliment!

1:5 Barbarian Overthrown Diorama by Sideshow Collectibles

Barbarianlogo.png

Manufactured by Sideshow Collectibles.
Year 2009.
1/5 scale.

Abd al-Hazir: I came to see firsthand the barbarians, those near-legendary, immense, relentless, dual-wielding furies of combat dwelling upon their sacred Mount Arreat.

This thing was absolutely best overall product in 2009 for me. One of my "Top-5" in the collection overall.
Extremely detailed piece. And it's very dynamic & imposing.
It's also very heavy piece, even for Sideshow product. It weights a little bit over 10 kilos without boxes.
