Hey, this is a bit off topic, but I can't find it anywhere! What is the little sound that resembles "Ch-ch-ch-ch...ha-ha-ha-ha" in the background of ALL of the Friday the 13th films? I know that the first part is KILL but I can't figure out that 2nd word!

I always thought it was reminiscent of Pamela Voorhees when she gets 'possessed' by her son...

"Kill her mommy! Kill her!"

So it goes Ki-ki-ki Ma-ma-ma...

Sometimes it sounds different though, but it freaks people out if you hide in the bushes and do it...

I believe you are correct.

I also think the idea was ripped off from the end of Black Sabbaths song Children of the Grave, where the song title is whispered and echoey just like in F13.
