So…

I cancelled my order with Giantoy because they didn’t have the Deluxe edition in stock (I had ordered standard by mistake) and then went with NeoGeek because it looked like they had it in stock. But once I placed the order with NeoGeek I come to find they didn’t have it in stock either. Now Giantoy does have it in stock and will hold it for a couple days while I sort this out. So I’m trying to cancel the NeoGeek order and get it from Giantoy. That is, if NeoGeek won’t have it available soon or doesn’t know when they’ll be getting it in stock, I mean.

Both stores probably hate me by now.

Haha, thanks it turns out that Giantoy doesn't have it in stock either. According to NeoGeek the figure actually hasn’t released yet! So I’ll stick with NeoGeek since the order is already in. Neither company actually has it in stock.

Both companies responded within a day or so to my emails. Amelia at Giantoy in particular is great.

Whether the figures live up to expectations… and third party unlicensed figures for me anything 80% HT quality I can live with at a minimum, but hoping for 90%+… of course remains to be seen. But for me building the Knightmare League is really the only game in town right now for DC. I’m pretty much strictly a Snyderverse fan when it comes to DC. Well, that and Soosoo’s Watchmen line.

Anticipated line I should have said. Soosoo teased that they’re working on Comedian, showed a partial pic of the body prototype.

Whether they release Comedian and whether Watchmen becomes a full line is obviously by no means a sure thing. Probably anything but. What I should have said is that I’m down for as many of those figures as they end up making.

Hot Toys made Comedian and Silk Spectre II figures. I might see if I can pick them up at a reasonable price. But in this case I do expect Soosoo to do a better job than HT did back then due to overall improvements in the 1/6 figure industry since the HT figures were released.

Very curious how this turns out. Just watched the Snyder Cut again and loved this version of Joker by Leto! If figure turns out well I’ll definitely pick it up!

Because I ordered mine from NeoGeek, which is a US store, it’ll be months before I get this one. But actually given the number of figures I have on preorder right now that’s probably not a bad thing, lol. I guess I could cancel and order from Giantoy but it’s no big deal.

I feel the headsculpt is a little underwhelming but it wouldn't hurt to swap for a nice custom one, especially at the price point being cheap. I wonder how the tailoring and accessories are like

That’s the main reason I PO’d the other one (don’t even remember who it’s by or what it’s called anymore. Zack’s Joker…)
