WTF! If you look at the exclusive Cap LSB page at Sideshow it isnt on second chance, you can only sign up for the weight list...but it shows "Low Quantity alert" with almost 80 pieces available!! I wanted to use my rewards points on him....this makes me unhappy!

Update:
SS notified me that mine is exactly like all the others that were made.
They all came out with the "dust."
My only issue is with SS. I wasn't asking to return it, but asking if that's how it's suppose to look. I only sent it back because they were asking me to return it. My question wasn't addressed at all. They just said sent it back. I know they probably don't want to admit it in writing that something might be wrong; I understand that. They could have just looked at the photos and told me it's just like the others. It would have saved both of us from shipping it back and forth.
