Best twist movie endings (NO SPOILERS, just titles)

Hmmm.. I don't really think there IS a twist in Jacob's Ladder. The ending is pretty much laid out for you throughout the film.

Really? I disagree. It isn't until the very end of the movie that you realize...

...that all the events that you had witnessed up to that point were merely the dying thoughts of a US soldier in Vietnam.

There was a David Mamet film staring Joe Mantegna called Homicide, I saw a years ago, but I remember it had a good twist at the end.

Also Harrison Ford's Presumed innocent had a good twist.

And also there was a small twist in Blade II
