Wanted to point out. The upper part of the boot chaps is actually black and it's actually apart of the full boots underneath so thought I mention that on top of making the boot's chaps a bit darker shade then what it is.

I wonder why sideshow isn't having this figure available to order through them. I'd go through asmus, but for some reason my bank isn't allowing purchases from overseas at the time. Which is odd and bogus and ill be looking for a new bank, but that is neither here nor there.

Just found this image of Vergil's model in costume. The colors is definitely based on his alternative outfit in game, closer to DMC3 colors it seems but man it looks awesome. And at least we get a better perspective of the coat length.

Hi, as I know except our official website there is a distributer ordered all the the Vergil 5 Luxury Edition pre-order amount. So you may search it for a while or you can check with BBICN(China).

god I wish we could get the coyote b, really a weaponset for Dante would be killer. Could get all his extra guns and weapons like Agni and Rudra, Nevan, the motorcycle, maybe a buster set for Nero, man.

Asmus has offended Evil Dead fans, they seem to be having a hard time.

Asmus has been ignoring the difference between prototypes and mass-produced products in their own way before,
and I think this 'ash incident' has exploded significantly. like a mine that's been rotting for years suddenly exploded.


As fans of their DMC lineup, I admit that they have developed so far, but I can say They are the worst sellers.

They only answer what they want to answer to their problems, and avoid what they don't want to do.
The problem is that even if they didn't intend it, it makes it look that way.

Of course, it may be because they are busy dealing with things or because they don't want to answer hastily,
but their actions make consumers anxious and angry.

I think their reputation will be determined depending on how they cope with this 'Evil Dead incident'.


I hope this will make them more mature and responsible, and I hope their figures will be better in the future.

And as it is the theme of this thread, I hope DMC5 Vergil will also release it with good quality.
I haven't heard from them yet, but I can still hope.

I've seen all the anger about the Evil Dead figure and I can't lie... I can see why people are unhappy. The chainsaw was particularly embarrassing. But personally, my own experimence with Asmus has been positive so far. They have always been responsive whenever I've had issues. Changing shipping, concerns about items, breakages, etc. For example, my Lady figure broke and they sent new joints free of charge, etc. They're not perfect, I agree with the production images vs final product differences, but I think they've done a reasonably good job with the DMC line. I have faith their DMC5 Vergil will be as good as their other DMC figures Hope they release him soon!
