That new Prowl looks good, but I prefer the original. My Ocular Max Rumble and Frenzy just arrived and they look amazing, although they do appear slightly too big. Still a massive improvement on the MP versions though

I'm looking forward to seeing how well the Ocular Max Cliffjumper turns out. (Cliffjumper was my very first Transformer - so I've got to have him represented )

I'd show you some pictures of how Ocular Max managed it but my phone is upstairs. Also they look much more toon accurate than the official versions.

I see what you're getting at, but the scale argument in the MP line is a bit like

They've made all their tapes the size of an actual tape, with a cassette case as the packaging. It's a cool gimmick that worked brilliantly for Ravage, made their Lazerbeak/Buzzsaw way too big (which is why I skipped them) and their Rumble/Frenzy slightly over-sized.

I honestly liked it a lot. I think the complainers will be the ones who can't comprehend that it's a Hasbro retail piece that isn't $600 like the 3P ones they're likely comparing it too.

For what it is, I actually like Predaking. It's kind of like a taller version of the original. I do prefer some of the third party ones, as they are more masterpiece figures, which I like better, but this is pretty good. I think they did a good job.

Pre-orders are up for Takara-Tomy's Movie Masterpiece Barricade; based on the use of same stock images and the figure they had on display at Wonderfest this weekend, looks like it'll be identical to the Hasbro release. I foolishly thought Takara would fix the blue parts to be the deep metallic purple they were in the movie, but now I realize they're blue because Takara was in charge of the color scheme and they have a long history of replacing deep purple with lavender.

I've been on a Transformers kick recently, and dug out some of my older figures. Amazing how Antiquated the classics Hound looks in comparison to the fanstoys version. I loved that Classics version when it first came out.

Still waiting on my IT-Megatron. Ebay seller didn't drop it off at the P.O. until I messaged him about it a week after he printed the label (lied about it and said he left it with a mail carrier and that it was 'on its way'), and while it was supposed to finally arrive another week after that yesterday, there hasn't been any activity since Saturday on it. On the one hand, I'm grateful to get a first shipment IT as it seems the new ones shipping out now out of China don't come with a second canon and possibly a few other accessories. But this is the longest I've had to wait for an ebay shipment. Ironically I thought by getting it from a U.S. seller, it'd be super quick as opposed to China during CNY You guys think I should leave a neutral feedback over this?

Picked up Pro Design’s shin thruster vents for my Meteor. Simple add-on, but makes this piece even better! Really helps the profile in fighter mode!

Also added a few decals from Toyhax. Not anime accurate, just making it my own!

That is a big improvement on MP11, but I know if I get one of these I'll end up wanting them all. I'm 8 seekers in on the official mould and I can't start that process again!

I got the masterpiece Primal and Cheetor yesterday. Absolutely love them. I wish I had gotten them sooner.

I read on tfw2005 that Megatron might be the next one after Dinobot. He would probably be closer to $300 more than likely.

Honestly, the review goes into detail but I absolutely love the robot mode. The transformation and alt. aren't as hot for me, but once you get it there, the alt. is fun too.
