1) I talked to them earlier via Live Chat, was told to send an email to Customer Service.
2) Just sent out the email to CS.
3) will have to wait and see what they say.

4) I already got rid of it anyway.

So they probably will not be doing anything specifically to/for my piece.
I just more or less want to make them aware of the issue of sending out returns more than anything else.

This came out really nice. I always hated how they made the facehugger in the back of it tho, a bust should be as if they cut the upper section of the creature away and making another picture on the bust just seems odd and takes away from the bust IMO. At least it is in the back where it will never be seen tho. Very nice piece, I just wish it was 1/1.
