Just got this guy in and color me IMPRESSED! The head isn't rubber, but a soft vinyl that feels just like I'd imagine the real alien's head might feel like. And the articulation is to die for! He can post that huge head in any way you want - it really, really gives the figure a ton of personality. The rest of the articulation is perfect too.

I don't comment much on SW 12", but this thing is really, really cool. And I got Rex and the Red Ninja the same day - all are above and beyond what we've seen before from SSC. I hope this guy does really well so we can get more funky aliens. Probably my favorite SW figure so far!

JacktheRipper, I'm on the fence with this one. Would you say it's worth it? I just can't decide.

Not if you're buying it from SS and not at the $127+ price. I personally, don't feel this figure is worth anything over $100. Before anyone starts with it's an all new sculpt, etc. I do feel it's a nice figure just not $127+ nice.

Wow Dorgs!!! I thought he'd look good as a Jedi... but I'm blown away!

I have a feeling Sideshow will be reusing this guy soon... no way they'd pass on an easy figure like this

BTW, he looks especially good in the robes; dunno why, but it really suits him.

Cheers man, yeah I finished him about two days before sideshow announced they were making rex dooh.. nevermind. The side show one is ok but I am a bit sad that they did not do the belt and pauldron right. But hey mustn't grumble... really want another Hammerhead now hahaha.

huuummm.... no idea I think the trousers were OBi Wan.. I saw them ages ago and saw they had wide legs so snapped em up hoping they would be ok and they are perfect.
