After this recent announcement, it'll be funny to see those collectors who claim they got a good and/or flawless one, secretly come out of denial stage and claim their's is all of a sudden defective. Unless of course they're just only remaking the ones that haven't shipped yet.

Totally agree. Unprofessional on both ends. RT seems to burn a lot of bridges with whomever they get involved with (i.e. companies, owners, and FB group admins).

No. The film was a pile of doo-doo and Sideshow knows it, and knows they won't make any money off of it. Which is why they more than likely let Chronicle take the ball and run with it, barring some restrictions of course, like labeling all their great work with the garbage Genisys label.

It's the same ol' **** every time a piece is released. Not just with Sideshow, but now with IS. People are in love with the way it's 'supposed to look' so much that when it finally arrives with tons of problems, they automatically lower their standards and have to try to convince themselves...

Lol! On top of calling the piece Luke Evans, I'm also pretty sure that the youtube reviewer called Bucky's character Lucky. Good grief do people even watch the movie or read comics, or do they buy a Sideshow piece just because it's made by Sideshow?

I still can't believe excuses and dusty war scenarios have to be made up for shoddy paint applications. Sorry dude, but 1080p and sharper images can't save this piece. And his name is Chris Evans, not Luke Evans....or maybe Sideshow's version should be Luke Evans.

I gave up keeping track of how many botched statues they've produced. They're renowned for it over and over again. They do camp the most popular licenses and produce the most statues; however, that's still no excuse for what we see in these latest pictures of their Winter Soldier Cap.

lol, I love reading some of the scenarios collectors come up with to justify how different a production paint app looks from it's prototype. There were some good ones in the original Batman PF thread too. So funny!

I agree. Not sure what they're talking about, but if it has something to do with the raw look of the bust's dreads, then I'd rather the dreads look a little on the raw side than sculpted the way they are on Sideshow's Maquette.

Karl Urban is what's missing.
