    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

Anyone mind sharing where they got their Luke 1/12 robes from? Cheers

    S.H.FiguArts Dragonball Z figures!!!

I got about a dozen or so 12 inch customs done with the very same chinese knockoff airbursh. It functions the same and is good for practice, but it will fail due to the excessive cleaning airbrushes require. I was unscrewing the nozzle one day and I sheared the thread off, leaving the metal...

    S.H.FiguArts Dragonball Z figures!!!

They're alright, remember to thin them though. I think they're a bit clumpy if I recall correctly. I prefer tamiya paints. Also a basic airbrush is amazing.

    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

They are, just Vader is a bit short. The trooper is 6 inches exactly.

    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

I hope they are numerous, I hate the rare toy game. Kind of wish I got luke.. even though I'm a trooper/droid/alien person

    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

I got my trooper too - good news is he looks better in real life than what I'd been expecting from pics (sculpt wise). A bit stubborn to pose due to armour in places, but can do as many poses as the troopers in the film could. There won't be any kung fu pics like with most figuarts though :lol...

    Sideshow 1/6 R5-D4

I haven't bought a sideshow figure in ages, I can't remember if pre-ordering is a must to avoid disappointment or if I can just wait to in hand pics and still get it. Can somebody tell me? lol edit: Also I'm worried at the factory's interpretation of all that weathering. Don't want another naff...

I want the R6 Astromech in 1/6 scale

R6s will, in some small part, be in Episode 7. The panel discussion at celebration showed 2 R6 domes for use on the back of xwings.

    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

It's best to buy it from asian sites like amiami or HLJ. you might get stung by customs every so often, but price + shipping + customs = UK price from UK retailer anyway. Last few things I've got from HLJ have had no customs charge (I've been picking the crappest shipping option because the...

    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

That maul is perfect, and very tempted by luke too. I've got the stormtrooper on order, I'm resigned to the fact it is a "stylised depiction" and it looks like a fun figure to play around and pose anyway.

    Do you read the newspapers

Actually I look forward to reading the newspapers. Toy Anxiety's Arizona papers make me laugh from time to time, and once I had a package delivered to work from Japan and left the newspaper for a Japanese girl there to read thinking it would cheer her up, but she cried because she was homesick...

Hasbro 6" Black Series Star Wars line

It looks like we might be able to do the painting before assembly Even looking at the disembodied faceplate there, I love the accuracy of these kits. Just compare it to hasbro or some of the other things on offer, they look like lumps of clay compared. If I like the one I get, I'm def gonna...

Hasbro 6" Black Series Star Wars line

take a look at how this turned out (bandai 1/12 snap kit - not figuarts) from ???? 1/12??????????????????????????? | ?????????????????? ???????? and ???? 1/12??????????????????????????? | ?????????????????? ???????? Looks damn good if you don't mind having to assemble and decal. Mine is in...

    S.H. Figuarts General

I'm excited about Star Wars, imagine the eventual Boba Fett. What's the situation with Pokemon now? haven't been following but would always buy a figuarts Snorlax. And I second bandai starfox, the figures alone would be awesome.

    S.H. Figuarts Star Wars

keep an eye on amiami around launch time (they sell out super fast), can get stuff for very cheap and even with import taxes it works out better. These will be about twice the cost of the black series though I reckon! Some other retailers mark things as gift for you too, worth asking them. I...

    Mezco 1/12 Judge Dredd

If you look at some more pics on google, you can see there are actually 2 versions - one with a black body suit and helmet, and another with dark blue body suit and helmet. Pretty cool. edit: should be apparent here...

Just saw the one you sent in to Tested! Tested Mailbag: Gonk Gonk! - YouTube Man I'd love one of these, it has so much character with the leg articulation.

    Medicom R5-D4

If you like droids, treat yourself if its only $84. Mine is in isolation so I don't care about scale, just a desk buddy. (majorly obsessed over r5 units though so I am biased)

Action Figure Medicom - MAFEX Star Wars line coming

Can't wait for the 3 way review between revoltech, figuarts and mafex stormies. Mafex looks the best atm, appearance wise but I know figuarts make these things well so will have to see.
