I bought Vaughn for the sole reason that the 501st had just sold out, and he would look good with Rex and also with Jesse. I like to group my ppl in threes. [My 501st is basically my headswap guy, he lives apart from my detolf.] I love that Cody-style helmet Vaughn has. There's not much to know about Vaughn, in this case that didnt stop me.

Yeah that's a price I'm not going to on these figures.
"The Good, The Bad and The Robot" have been beating C&C on price so I'll see what they have him up for, but this could be it for me.

Does that 300 quid include shipping and tax? And how does the payment work, all up front? The weak pound is a killer for UK dwellers right now. But, even at the current exchange rate I can get e.g Echo brand new for 163 quid and pre-order Crosshair for 175 quid with deposit about 30% of that. Also, it seems unlikely the pound will be this weak against the HKD/USD 12+ months from now.

Just got an email that Crosshair has been “delayed”… to June - Aug 2023. Double checked my order, and original shipping range was July - Dec 2023?



I guess the release window moved up but sideshow’s automated email wasnt ready for such an unprecedented occurrence “This must be a delay… but in reverse”

Yeah, got the same thing, I was like didn't this thing just go up for order 4 or so months ago?

Yeah, color me confused as well, but the sooner the better. So, ok!

Now we just need the rest of the BB to go up for preorder!!

I hope they actually mean June - August 2023 and not 2024.

But I could see this being moved up. He does share a good number of parts with Hunter.

I feel like most clones will be pushed up the production line, they should have most of the pieces they need going forward, besides a potential Commando.

Which makes Jesse being delayed a few extra months, a bit puzzling?

Would be nice to get commandos and gen 1 TK's too. Maybe Crosshairs elite squad trooper also.

The pre stormtrooper TKs would be cool. I like the idea for the elite squad troopers too. But then they gotta go back and do CH in black armor.

SS2's episode 3 was pretty amazing though, with the collaboration between Imperial Cody and Crosshair. The combat sequences heavily reminiscent of the actions in CW SS7 ones. While the rest episodes so far have been superficial filters at best

...So I go out to SSC to actually look at my order list to make sure this email isnt just some SSC glitch [email seems to be legit, the dates match], and WTF is this website now - they effed up my whole Wishlist and now I'm mad.

Headsculpt Mando will be here tomorrow Tues 1/31 and I'm chuffed to finally see him.

As much as I would also like Imperial Crosshair, I'm going to keep my expectations low. Because disappointing us with unfinished teams or unreleased characters is the kind of thing HT does more often than good surprise releases.

If Crosshair really is going to be early, then it's also possibly because:

They overestimated how long production would take. Crosshair and Hunter share a lot of parts so might've been a quick turnaround.

They cut production short based on various factors. Unlike Hunter and Echo, Crosshair is potentially a figure I probably wouldn't wait on for too long.
