I wouldn’t count on it. He already got restocked once and he never really had another look for them to create. Plus, they’ve said they’re trying to branch into new characters.
Thanks just making sure. I have a Gimli but I still know persons who want one...

Thanks for the heads-up, Mr Asmus.
Some questions:

1) Will Thranduil come in armour, or robes?

2) Concerning the 4 hobbits, will they come ir armour? If not, will they come with the capes they wore upon leaving the Shire, or the ones they got at Lothlorien, plus the elvish daggers? (or both sets?)

3) Any changes to Boromir besides improved headsculpt?

4) Will Crown Saruman come with the Palantir base? If affirmative, any improvements to the LED light-up feature?

Thx!!
@Asmus, any chance of an answer for no. 1? #AskingForAFriend… 👀

2) we will stick to their traveling look, which we all felt it has the best Hobbit feel overall. As for the cape, which one do you like better? The ones leaving shire has better personal looks for them, but the elvish cape would fit the Fellowship better.

3) Ankle jointed boots is the only other change I think.

4) We have yet comfirm the design for Crown Saruman. Personally I thinkm Palantir is the best acceesory for Saruman, but it would also concern the repeatition with our last release, so I guess we will see.

thank you for the questions.

Why not both capes? Their costumes don't change apart from the capes until they start wearing in armor in ROTK so there's no reason not to include both plus their barrow swords and Lothlorien daggers! I'm sure everyone will happily pay for the full package rather than getting it in piecemeal like we have before.

agreed.

Hello @Asmus
I am very thankful that you are giving us so many wonderful 1/6 Lord of the Rings characters and because of that, I do have a recommendation for your future LOTR releases. After receiving two 2.0 Nazgul figures, I realized that I do not like the new display stand at all - It looks cheap, has zero texture, and does not really work on display with multiple figures.
I believe you should either go back to the original standard display stand you were using prior to this release.

Or If you want to provide a newly updated base, please, give it a little more serious thought and work. Maybe adjust the Devil May Cry base and put Elvish symbols around the base, and add proper sculpt/texture to the floor (print is not enough), that would look great.
Please, come up with something interesting for your customers who love LOTR and buy your products. For instance, InArt is going to provide a very simple yet very unique and detailed display. Damtoys Assassin's Creed base is also beautiful and unique yet the under base is similar across all of the releases.

I really like your work so I wanted to share my thoughts and make some suggestions. For me, the display base is an essential part of the 1/6 figure and if it's cheap looking, the entire figure instantly loses points in my eyes.
I however love the diorama display bases that came with exclusive Legolas or Aragorn. Not so much the base that came with the Crown series Gandalf.

Thanks for listening

What say you, Mr Asmus?

hi
Right now I am confirmed to be robe version,
but I think we will have asome armoured version as exclusive, which may come later.
but robe version is for sure.
Words cannot express how excited I am for this Thranduil figure!!!!
@Asmus - you shared some production photos of Thranduils throne a while back, tell me: will this figure have the throne as an option? Is that a conversation you are having? I know its huge and will be expensive but let me tell you I am willing to sell a few organs to get this sexy bad boy!

I do not expect Throne to be offered for sale so don't get your hopes up :) Bag End was also created with the Bilbo but never offered to the customers due to the very high cost of it.
