Seriously, these Gremlins are the best thing I’ve bought myself all year.

I finally made some ghetto stands.

And got my Flasher Gremlin finished.

Zod,

Nice stands. I get the base. I understand the dowel/rod.

But how is it holding the Gremlin up? Is there something that goes under his armpits, or a little invisible wire that secured the gremlin's torso to the dowel?

Does the dowel go inside the puppet where your hand goes?

I cut a piece of the thicker rod and screwed it in perpendicular on the top of the rod. The smaller piece goes into the hole in his back and holds him upright. The dowel is just held in place by putting it in the jacket and tying the ends to the wrists. I keep meaning to go back and make a better version of the stand, but it's working as-is so I've lost my motivation. :lol

For the regular Gremlin without jacket...So you made a "T" at the top of he rod and the top of the "T" is inserted in the hole in his back?

This the only pic I have on my phone of the back of the stand. Pretty simple if you just want the Gremlin standing naturally. If you want the Gremlin’s head raised up, then you have to cut a piece of the rod so that it will sit on the stand angled upward and go into the head of the puppet.

He looks great. Thanks

Just got mine from tots after ee cancelled mine.
Has anyone found a good substitute white Mohawk wig to replace what came with him? I was hoping to add some hair to his shameful stripe of hair. There just isn't enough hair no matter how you style it!

I know most of you guys don't like METAL (cause you're a bunch of wimps) but I had my Gremlins on stage with me at my show on Saturday, collectibles doubling as stage props FTW

Thanks! I'm trying to pick out some gremlins that I can customize with props. Looking to do a card playin one next! Or stripe holding candy?
