I don't believe the 43 bust has an open up face plate. I would guess that there is
a full MK 43 in the HB that you have pictured.

I remember the Tumbler and 89 Batmobile being around $100 from SS to VA. I have this on order from AE and I think they quoted me like $35 but I’m not sure that’s official. They’re in Ohio so I guess it’s possible.

It won't coast that much. I live in MA and my Prime 1 1/2 Batman Statue which came in 2 boxes and a combined weight of 80 lbs. was only $79.00 for shipping from SSC in CA. My guess will be under that amount for shipping. They don't pay the same rates as we do for USPS, FED EX and UPS.
