That yelling Venkman is definitely looking like a Jason Clarke/Tarantino/Murray hybrid, but overall these look really good.

For bootlegs I mean.

Most likely Bootlegs or or not licensed for the world, but only for selected territories, sounds like heavy implication that it's a Bootleg.

the words after "Bootlegs" looks like trying to give the allegation some shades.

Might as well just say it's most likely Bootleg. Be a man hold your stand until we get some confirmation we should just see it as bootleg & lock the thread. Guilty until proven innocent. Once they prove themselves non-bootlegs we can reopen the thread.

Because Sony & Blitzway ain't happie about this.

I will get what ever looks good (legit/ or not) I liked the new movie, so is SS is the company offering those--I will purchase from a site in a territory that doesn't understand/care what the word 'bootleg' means.

For what it's worth ACI's Lord of the Rings figures were only licensed for Hong Kong I believe, and those weren't hard to get. That's why Asmus and ACI both had the license, it was for separate territories.

So, even if these are licensed for certain regions, distribution will still make it available worldwide.

They have so much work done on these. Why in the world would SS put out pending review cards on bootlegs? That's the weak link in this debate. Or why would they advertise these when Ghostbusters is bigger than its been in years with the new film? Bootleggers try to stay low on the radar. This is sending up a signal flare while at a rave while broadcasting on all hailing frequencies.

What I could see happening is them being cornered into the new Ghostbusters and having to drop the original cast that Blitzway is making.

The good thing is, that we have seen what Venkman and Spengler can look like, and that is pretty impressive. Especially Spengler. Now Blitzway has to top that. I think they can do a better Venkman, but it will be interesting to see. I don't know much about this business, but for a company to so openly promote bootlegs... That is crazy.

So the only solid "evidence" that these are bootleg is the use of a different place card??? Just wait it out. well know soon if theyre bootlegs or not. Either way, this or Blitzway, at least were finally getting some figs many of us have wanted for some time!

totally confused...are they going to simply do these and say "ghostbusters" without the red circle logo and they are knock-offs? If they do hope they are cheaper but SS stuff runs around $150-160 and think Blitzway will be $225 up...
