Oh yeah, that's a knock off. The clothing is poorly tailored as snoop said, but the headsculpt seems to have serious distortion, and I believe, not 100% sure, the gun is wrong.

^not an expert on the T1000, how can you tell if its a knock off?

Because it looks nothing like this

My friend is offering to sell his, I was wondering how does the T-1000 hold up especially when put next to the DX10 and 13? Is he dated?

Still looks good imo but obviously its been 6 years since his release so hes bound to look a little dated when compared to modern sculpts. The biggest worry i have is paint fading after all this time..

I hate I didn't pick it up at release. It's gotten a little too pricey on the 2nd market the last I checked. And, I guess Hot Toys is done with the older Terminator films for a 2.0. We can't even get Ripley, so I guess a 2.0 of T-1000 and a Reese are asking way too much of them.

I think it's the outfits fading that's more a worry. I'm pretty sure it's happened to mine.

Thanks guys, I'll ask him about the outfit and head fading.

Geneshyte did well in China, and to think that we're only officially getting the T-800 from that movie to me means that we're not seeing anything from the older movies ever again. It's Star Wars and Marvel time mofo!

Yeah the regular trouser belt can and does get damaged in the effort to get it through those loops - moreso if you're doing it often.
