Pretty much replaced everything not but the head, hands, and sabers. The gorget/mantle is still in progress. The pieces around the neck isn't right and I need to add some strapping here and there as well as some slight weathering. The bracers are pretty much done I think.
Any suggestions for additions? Oh and I think I still will add the straps hanging straight down from where the looped ones attach.

More or less done now. Since I have replaced pretty much everything but the hands, the spare head, and the lightsabers I can now have both Asajj's put together at the same time. Woo. The only thing I'm sure I still need to do is paint the rivets on the shoulders which are actually still white but I threw some gray over them so they don't stick out so much. The epoxy clay I made them from is still curing. The head is actual paint now.

That is some fantastic work, Dedguy. The wrappings around the chest and arms give a new depth to the piece. Same with the leather work- well done!

Thanks! Will do a more comprehensive photoshoot tomorrow. Nothing too crazy as I don't want to screw up the outfit any, and HT female body while proportionally great isn't so great for articulation.

I know im a few years late into picking this up. It was so outdated I decided to customize mine.

Sorry for a bit Off-Topic but I can't seem to find any Star Wars Unleashed (the figures line, not the game) thread...
Thing is - I have Asajj from Unleashed and since I always loved the original Tartakovsky's cartoos, I thought I'd switch her blades so that she'd have one blue and one green. I own the Anakin "Fury" figure but his blades don't match hers, they don't hold in her hilts. I know that Grievous has also two blades - but I don't have'em so I was wondering if somebody who does could check if the switch would work

Yes Grievous' blades fit Ventress. They're actually a better fit than her red ones (on mine at least).
Anyone know how I could go about bodyswapping?

I tried to do a body swap last year and it didn't work. The neck needs to be a bit longer than usual because of her neck armor. Never could plug the head in.

Looking at this figure and watching an old CW episode with her in it got me thinking- now here's a character that could inspire a potentially cool "Mythos" figure...forsaken Sith Disciple turned bounty hunter - could be cool!

I just busted my Ventress out of temporary storage last night myself and was thinking how much I like this old figure too.
Would love to get an updated Ventress up to todays standards, but if that never happens, at least she can still hold up with the other villains.

I wish HT would visit this character, literally zero chance I know, but she was such a big part of Clone Wars that I forgot she was never in a movie. I hated the prequels but the Clone Wars really fleshed them out and made for some of my favorite Star Wars stories.
