Couldn't agree more. Wish I could have afforded to get her Wash outfit along with it.


Any suggestions for what to use for Inara's shoes? I can't find a picture online that shows her feet/shoes.

I just used a pair of red high heels for her red outfit and a pair of black for the black outfit. Found them on eBay. With the length of her gown, you can get away with almost anything close.

Hi crew - long time lurker, but only recently joined up. I've been doing quite a bit of Boba Fett related stuff, but in looking at a new project, have had my eye on some of Trevs Firefly sculpts for a while. I PM'd him to ask about his Inara head sculpts, but with this thread so long, I only just realised he's been chased away somewhat and not answering messages, which is such a shame.

So was just putting it out there if anyone had an Inara head sculpt they were willing to part with? I know it's a long shot, but certainly dont want to pester Trev. Any info, feel free to PM me, and look forward to enjoying these boards to the fullest! Thanks Gang, Peace

Hey guys, I'm starting to shop bodies for my Trev Firefly heads, and as all of you know that can get expensive with the no longer available bodies.

Do you guys think any of the newest HT bodies up for preorder on sideshow work for these figs? I'd rather pay $60 for a direct than $140 for an old version on ebay if it's pretty close.

I was planning on ordering:

Muscular for Jayne (would have to convert head to neckless)
Slim for Wash
Slim for Simon
Regular for Book (Repaint on neck, arms and hands to match the head)
Mal, Kaylee, Zoe and River are all done.

Do you guys think these are good choices, wrong choices?

Hey Chris, Those are the ones I'd chose if I were to start over. I'd add the long foot pegs to the muscular figure for Jayne, as he's taller than all the rest. You're lucky that you've completed the female figures as these bodies are the hardest to get. I see Inara is missing from the line up. You going to pass on her? Trev's got 2 great sculpts of her to choose from.

I do, but I was going to wait and hope that HT puts out some new females, it kills me to have to pay 3-4x markups on the aftermarket for older bodies. For some reason on figures like Walking Dead, where there are tough guy types, it would be more important to have those figures with the more defined forearms and all, but for Firefly these new ones seem to be just fine.

Your last comment is interesting, even though I already have Inara from Trev, you mention he has 2 to choose from. I had thought Trev was no longer selling anything, anymore that he previously offered?

God choices, but I would go for the narrow or the advanced for Wash. It is such a large head (probably the largest of Trevor's heads) and might look a bit bobblehead-ish on a slim.

Yeah Chris, he did two sculpts. One with hair up, (first one) and the last with hair down. I have both though I think I like the hair up version best.

I'm with ya Corrose - from the info iv'e got, is that Trev is still not currently offerring these sculpts - but if he decides to again, i'll be really keen on snapping some up myself, so fingers crossed m'man!
