Well you keep saying stunt replica? Which I guess you mean it's a replica of the props. But it's suppose to be replicas of what we see in the movie.

So it's suppose to be accurate to what's on screen, not behind the scenes

Stunt props are what you see in the film, they are for the action or motion scenes and do vary from the props with close-up shots. The differences in stunt props from the close-up props in Star Wars are significant, but unless you are looking for them it is hard to tell the difference in the flow of the movie.

Hero Prop: Prop used for close ups in the movie.

Stunt Prop: prop actor uses for easy handling. It has less detail, usually made of cheaper lighter materials.

Both are props you see in the movie. eFX is making the stunt replicas from Avengers.

A good example would be Captain's shield. There were models that were made out of aluminum which you can call "hero" and the ones used in battle scenes were made out of fiberglass.

Both from the same modes (usually), same look/design but just different material and sometimes less detail.

I'm sure the screws will be removed. EFX can change it since there's still time. They tweaked the Luke reveal prop slightly before it shipped so I'm sure they will with the screws. For some this will be their first replica. Congrats, you've taken your step into a much bigger world, LITERALLY. I may pick up some Marvel props, I might get the iron man helmet. And who says they're making stunt props?

Exact mold so what, Thats the only card they have to play. Thats not enough to make me buy. its way overpriced

This guy may have never seen a MR of EFX prop in person so doesn't know about the quality and craftsmanship that goes into their product. Don't forget it's Limited Edition, licensing and cost of materials, not just fiberglass.

pics of changes? I know there's always going to be differences in every movie, but I'm going to try focusing on collecting props from this first Avengers movie if I can.

I posted a couple of pages back. Here it is again. It's darker and it has some new decoration on the bottom.

I have been charged $200 for the helmet. How do I know when to pay the rest? Will they inform me or something?

eFX never returned to any of my emails, so far I have sent them around 4-5 emails, and are you sure they will send me info about the remaining balance for the item I pre-ordered from them?

Yes, that's how the operate. Their stuff is usually delayed so they will send you the form on the email when it's in stock. You can then submit your payment info for the balance.
