A happy Ski client, not sure who he is on the board. (secret agent man :panic:)

Now that looks AMAZING Ski! :rock :rock :rock

Can't wait to set up my Marty just like this. Still waiting on the gear and my Trev sculpt paint-up from JOhnny (which is also on the way! :yess:), but man, this really gets me excited for the overall look. :clap

Thank you Fett, yea I'm excited about getting mine together and glad to hear you are extremely excited about this as well, mine will pretty much look like that up above. (I have the dchung'ers accessory kit [that I haven't had a chance to get to but] it's there waiting for Marty)

I just notice that the skin tone is a perfect match as well, this guy lives in JAPAN I believe and I didn't know he was going to use the Rainman set with a TTSLIM, I've got the HT magic potion trick for skin. :rock

I have Dan's set as well, and had it out last night trying to come up with a half-decent way to display all the pieces...I failed miserably :lol I don't have accessories on display for any of my other figures, but it's Marty McFly...and Dan did such a terrific on all of them.

He sure did, I gave a few parts here and there to my cats. :lecture

That looks great. I so want to see a 1/6 Time Machine with this.

https://www.yourprops.com/Delorean-1-6th-scale-timemachine-model-original---screen-used-models---miniatures-Back-To-The-Future--The-Ride--1991--prop-40.html

By the way, I contacted the company that made this 1:6 '57 Corvette:

[ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Hgm7vZUHeU[/ame]

and asked them about manufacturing 1:6 scale BTTF deloreans...
We spitballed retail prices of $700-$1000... that tooling would be approx $100K or more... and that they'd probably need an order of 1000 pcs to make it a go. (There would also be licensing fees to consider, but we didn't know what Universal (and whoever retains Delorean) rights would charge...)

I figure on this board we could probably get 10 people...but we'd be short by 990... but what the hell, let's start an interest thread! haha

Meow that's just wrong. You guys are gonna hurt my felines.

No but in all seriousness, I really am going to love this all put together, I'm really digging that so many hands made this Marty possible from the sculptors, tailors, painters, customized accessories, etc... it's just plain awesome. The board needs more projects like this.

I have one on the way, it's been weathered by Silver Surfer, can't wait!

Ifyou decide to part with it, please come back to me. I so regret having passed on this. :monkey2

Good to know.

I think I'm going to do everything I can to make this look they way I imagined. I hope to accomplish that mostly with careful futzing as I want to avoid doing many permanent mods. In the end, If I decide to sell, it will be a complete figure with Trevor's head painted by Cheungkinmen.

At the moment I'm waiting for ankle pegs. I never seem to have enough of them. :gah:

Nice. I'm starting to come around on this set...

So the watch isn't at all adjustable, then? I wish I had it in hand so I could start thinking of a possible mod.

It looks like it was, but mine has been glued in place like that. Odd.

I just was looking at the thread and noticed how long Mags has been seeing this as "mom jeans"

:rotfl:rotfl:lol

:exactly:

I'm obsessed. :lecture :lol

:lol Well played sir.

Great Scott, those T-1000 glasses really do look pretty good on ol' Marty! I was worried they wouldn't have that oversized 80's look but there it is.

Nice.
