A few of those looks are as simple as a hat or face change. Jack seemed to have about 3 different Joker suits (mime, orange shirt, green shirt)
I remember way back when I actually counted and there's something like 9 looks for the Joker alone. Hell it might be more than that now that I think about it. Some of them are nothing more than a tie change or a hat and trench coat while others are completely different. There's only like three I'd like to see personally, but I'd be fine with just one.
1. Chemical Dip
The first time the Joker is officially shown at Grissom's high rise. He's all grungy (like the TDK Joker) and the clothes are bleached with melted gloves.
So if that were a figure it'd be,
- Melted gloves
- Bleached Purple Hat
- Bleached Purple Trench Coat
- Bleached Orange shirt
- Bleached pants with suspenders
- Pistol
2. Alicia's Apartment
It's when he has the wine. It's a weird ass look, one I'd have zero interest in. He's got like that African hat and robes or something.
3. Mobster/Gangster look
When he's trying to look "normal" to the mob. Other than the regular version of him, this mob look with the flesh skin would be my favorite. It's pretty unique in that it has the following,
- Flesh head
- Pinstripe coat
- Purple and green tie
- Buzzer gloved hand
4. Mime Joker
I'd have zero interest in this one. I always hated how he had his eye brows done up and I didn't like the black and white suit.

5. Daddy's going to make some Art
How he looks in the mirror applying make up and humming. Definitely a boring figure that I'd hope Hot Toys would never make.
6. Axis Chemical "ship em all"
Only difference from his "regular" look is the green mint shirt and polka dotted bow tie.
6b. Same as above but with a different regular purple bow tie.
- Double barrel flare pistol
7. Commercial look
Same as the regular version but,
- Sunglasses
- orange handkerchief
- weird purple tie (don't even know what it's name would be)
8. Museum Party Man
Same as regular but with the Beret hat and of course the flesh face and washed face.
9. Apartment
Same as # 6 but the difference would be the diamond tie
10. Regular Joker
The main look. The shot used by Hot Toys for the announcement as well as all the production photos. How he looks at the end.
I'd like to see HT do something similar to their Terminator figures, where maybe a final battle version comes with a paint washed face to go with the first version.
Yeah, there's three heads I'd be interested in.
- Regular Joker head (white face, red lips, green hair)
- Flesh head (completely covered in flesh make up with dyed hair)
- "Melting" Joker ( when he gets the water splashed in his face and the flesh make up is washing off)

Now as far as clothes and suits go, I of course wouldn't want all of that.

- Joker money ("I want my face on the one dollar bill." Same as WSS notes but with Joker on them instead of graffiti TDK Joker)

- Jack's "lucky deck" (similar to the TDK Joker cards but with new designs)

- Regular gangster hat
- Beret
Clothes
- Three piece Suit 1 (Multiple mix and match coats/vests for regular and museum)
- Three piece Suit 2 (Multiple mix and match ties/shirts for gangster and regular)

- Multiple hands (one including the buzzer gag)
