When you call someone ignorant, you should really look closely at what you post. Are you implying that you can't be an "American Hero" and be any other nationality but white?

To add, yes, there will be other nationalities in Captain America, i.e. Nazis and Red Skull, but they're the bad guys. So what point were you trying to rationalize with that?

But to add a hint of realism to the picture, the UN does call on the United States for most of their needs, beit man, money or resources.

And your basing it off of a toy...and who says that is his final look? He could evolve through the movie..like many characters do it films. He could end up with the classic hood by the end of the movie...cause it is the rise of cobra.

Who cares though? Superman is an American hero. So is Batman. The only time they went overseas was to catch bad guys. Indiana Jones is as well among many more box office trumps. That's not to mention the war movies like Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, We Were Soldiers..., etc. So I don't think it would've made any difference at all.

The only people who would really be offended would be the French and Al-Qaeda and again, who cares?

THE MUMMY is an okay, "dumb fun" popcorn movie at best.

VAN HELSING was so bad I think I left my spleen in the theater and dropped 47 IQs points just watching it.

I can say that I'll be passing on all the movie crap for sure, after seeing pics of the Pitt HQ and Raven Jet (garbage) and will be giving my joe interest to Sideshow, till Hasbro gets their head out of their ass and brings back the classic 25th stuff

Isn't the Raven Jet a reissue/repaint of the original?

And I guess this could look cool on screen. Imagine a clear mask fogged up like the alien dome, hinting at the disfigured face beneath it, with a cut open mouth and missing nose...Could look cool. Completely misses the point that CC could be anyone and it just doesn't match the coolness of the hood, but it still could look cool.
