After looking into it I think they're just custom sculpts probably used for practice.
As much as I'd love a godfather by inart I think that's wishful thinking. Justin's tour video was a great insight. Viper seems to have alot of passion when it comes to 1:6 scale.

Those heads do look pretty small next to that bottle cap.
Its the 1:12 sculpts for the BB/TDK line they just teased. Not sure what everyone is saying about practice sculpts etc. Lmao

they are referring to recasted heads that people buy on ebay. some people buy them to practice painting but im almost certain those heads are custom works from other artists. we have to remember viper is/was a custom artist and i would imagine he has connections to these artists to be able to acquire these heads.
