For a company that claims they listen they dont really seem like they do. I did not see one person say the one stick eyes is a good idea. And the thing with the magnetic base they are still acting stubborn about. They seem to do what suits them and use it as a way to build trust but I dont think so much of what they do is really based from feedback or in the collectors best interest
Dude... that's their second figure! Certainly things were already in motion when they collected criticisms from people getting their Joker. Plus, they were exploring a new feature for controlling the eyes, which didn't work, so they did the logical thing and reverted to something more familiar.

I really want them to make the girls from LotR.
Yes please. Imagine Galadriel and Arwen by InArt..
I will definitely buy 2 of each!

Agreed 100%.

Also, I have NO doubt in my mind IA’s Aragorn is gonna blow minds again.
Yes! (y)
This is the confidence we have because of Gandalf. InArt successfully set the bar high. And as dantes2501 said, this is just their second figure!
And when they failed to do their next improvements -the magnetic eyes- they rectified it by giving more accessories like the fireworks,
and even light up staff. That's how you do things right.

This Gandalf will make Aragorn, Legolas and Nazgul a best seller, which, I hope, leads to many other LOTR characters made by InArt.
At least Gimli, Frodo, Arwen and Galadriel. 🙏
Interesting to see how their version of Nazgul look like.. What kind of improvements they have with such a "simple" canvas.

The future of 1/6 figure is bright. LOTR, Harry Potter.. Gal Gadot WW.. Batman. Bring it on, InArt!

For those of us in the US and Europe I wonder if this will affect when InArt GtG ships and arrives (this story published just 3 days ago but it's been going on for a while now) :

While InArt, they put the $480 price and we get the actual production piece that is very close to the prototype. We don't feel tricked at all, and it shows that InArt really tried to do their best.
I also feel bad for those who regret spending the same amount on crown Gandalf n the extra head.
This InArt Gandalf really changed everything and brought a new level for 1/6 figures.
This piece really brings a great confidence for the upcoming InArt Aragorn! (y)
No need - for me this isn't perfect either. And not raining on anyone's parade who is happy.

Also, tho I own lots of Gandalfs including WETA, he isn't my favorite Middle Earth character.

E.g. I don't regret not ordering this; it's a very handsome Gandalf who has had great nutrition from the looks of it:monkey3, but I'm happy with the quality of costumes, trim, accessories on both my ASMUS Gandalfs, and here I could see some improvements could have been done by Inart. Just messing around with one of my Nazguls the same fine detailing and weathering on the costume is there, on multiple layers of fabric.

Those details may or may not be a consideration for others but going cheap on fabrics (like cloaks that don't have enough volume) gets on my nerves. Finally, and I never checked, does Ian McKellan really have one eye that is sort of smaller than the other? Anyway anyone who wanted this had opportunity to order.

Just sayin'. Again, I've got InART Aragorn on order. I don't think he is perfect either. But other than buying used, it's the only way I'll get a Ranger Aragorn. I can't even remember if this InArt Aragorn comes with a nice base, and I wish I had the base from the ASMUS Aragorn. Again, something that may not be a consideration for many.

Damn where did you order from? Spec?
That's the one. If Gandalf doesn't arrive in a more timely fashion I'll be ordering elsewhere.

Though I'll have to remember:

Okay we're reaching the point where these are starting to look like 1/1 wax statues. Good lord.

This and Aragorn together is gonna be something special.

I think maybe next week we'll see helps that the boxes aren't so dam big either.
Yeah I was thinking that Joker probably had a more complicated situation due to them offering 3 SKUs. You had single Joker, double sculpted Joker and then double rooted Joker. Gandalf doesn't have any of that.
