Nah, they just haven't made any more improvements to the figure like IA has, so they default back to another look at a proto that will never get released to compensate.
I have a feeling we'll see the Batmobile from The Batman by hot toys sometime this year.........;)

Fairly sure the reason why hot toys took so long to officially unveil this, is because they knew this year was the 100 year anniversary of Warner Brothers, and wanted to unveil it, along with all the DC collectables this year......:)

You can keep thinking that. Lol

Yeah, it's definitely not because it's never actually going to go up for sale...

I really wish they would. Would actually consider getting it to display with INARTs Batman.

Love the weathering and metallic finish they managed to get on it. Actually looks like a miniature 1/1 car.

In spite of having Jazzinc's preordered, I really prefer what HT did in terms of finish. If HT decides to release this and actual production pieces are similar to the prototype, I'll definitely be tempted to double dip.

Who wants a *beast*, when you can have the *best*:

They're both beasts, the only difference is, is that JazzInc's version actually went up for pre order, and most likely, the hot toys version will become just another display piece for conventions that never goes into mass production...........:banghead

When is Hot Toys going to auction off the display piece that will never go into production?
