Present Toys "Raider Jones" figure

After having this figure for a few weeks, I think it’s an amazing start but def needs a little work (mainly the pants) to look good.
Tried my hand at weathering the jacket some
Switched out the pants, web belt, and holster.
I’ll probably switch out the gun belt and whip at some point as well

your Indiana Jones figure looks mighty fine after you weathered the jacket and posed it up. Brings out the real potential in this figure.

Out of curiosity, has anyone done a side by side comparison between Inigou v3 headsculpt and the PT jones head? Was wondering if the sculpt got softer in the recasting process or if it's equally as good - albeit slighly inferior paint apps for the head?

They seem to be in very high demand. You can check the one six Indy Facebook group but none have come for sale since this came out. The hot toys pants were selling for $100 so I just splurged and grabbed a pair of Yunsil v2’s for a little bit more. Someone needs to do a run of more accurate indy pants

Yeah, I can imagine. For $100-150 I would jump and grab a pair as it drastically changes the appearance of the figure. And its not like another company would release an Indy anytime soon.
But I will try to join the FB group and keep watch in case a pair shows up for grabs... if no one of you madmen manages to snag it before me

The fb group is just a place where people post stuff they have for sale from time to time. You can always check eBay, other selling sites for them but again, very hard to find right now.

Thanks. Looking closely at them, they appear to be a shiny polyester-type material anyway.

With fabric dye or diluted acrylic paint, I think I can get the right colour and weathering.

That's why I love these forums. I am expanding my vocabulary all the time. I didn't know futzing was a word.
