InArts put more effort on the instruction book than HT did on their last 3 figure releases. :lol
Yeah I’ve always thought that for the high end market HT really should be doing nicer quality instructions, more like this. The early DX ones were fairly comprehensive but now they are a bit of a mess, sometimes incomplete, sometimes confusing, sometimes no book at all.

I think I saw a few pages back Kit mention that with outer packaging = 12kg. Search Kit's posts.

Edit - Here you go: 1/6 INART (Queen Studio) - The Dark Knight - Joker Collectible Figure

Size is about half of a killer whale, or 15 dolphins in metric terms.

Oh no. Oh well at least it's not gonna go with Australia post then, toll is way faster than them.

People keep saying that the packaging is crazy or weird like Inart purposely made it obnoxiously big when I feel like that isn't the case at all. Everything that's included needs to be placed somewhere in a box. Just look at the contents of the 2 pack rooted version in the picture below.

How do you package it so that it's magically smaller than how it currently is? Where do you put the two encased rooted sculpts? Where does the giant diorama jail cell base go? Say they made the box deeper instead of it being skinny + wide like it is right now. Great, it's now the same big box but instead it's vertically very deep and tall.

The box issue simply stems from this 2 rooted package just offering a lot of stuff. Look at the single sculpted figure packaging for this. It's the size of a normal Hot Toys. Now imagine it duplicated for the second body/outfit + the jail cell base having to be packaged somewhere + the two rooted sculpts + the jail cell bench. You end up with the same problem.

Best analogy is the Batman and Alfred Armory and it was a massive box too.

it doesnt look like a deep box, it comes down to whether people want a really deep box or a really wide box and I think inart went with the latter. they're able to stack things on top of each other, but either way that'll cost space. would you prefer to have like 3-4 layers worth of stuff or two layers that are wide.

Bottom tray-jail cell bars
Middle tray- jail cell base and standard base with maybe the guns and bombs
Top tray- both figures with hands/arms on the outer edges and the two head canisters down the middle vertically between the two bodies instead of horizontally. Would’ve been about as big as the DX07 box, maybe a little deeper, but not by much. There’s ways to do it.
