I fully expect the magnetic base to support a single planted foot, so I can pull off a Joker Karate Kid crane kick. This will go great with my display of mismatched iconic poses, IG-11 with his "You shall not pass", Marty McFly with his Neo spinning video camera handstand, and Robocop's 'ground pound'.

Totally sweet!

I can’t help but feel like we were sold a completely different figure. I understand slight drop off is to be expected but with Inart saying it will exceed prototype..

I’m sure it can look better than Justin’s video, which looks fairly unfutzed, but it will still be a far ways off from proto.

I don't know how much of it is caused by futzing and lighting and camera. I still think it can look better then in justins video but the question is.. in hand properly futzed and everything how close will it be to the prototype then? Im not sure but it was queens job to show us the figure under the same conditions as the prototype.. maybe we will get blogger photos before release?

Not really seeing it being a completely different figure. Aside from the usual 10-20% downgrade we usually get, it looks pretty close to me, clothing included. It was never going to exceed the prototype. They were fooling themselves and anyone who thought that was happening. That was impossible from the start unless if they made 30 custom one off figures. This is a mass produced figure at the end of the day.

Only thing I was worried about was how bad the drop in quality would be seeing as no other company who mass produces figures at this scale has been able to match Hot Toys in that department. Hot Toys has always been the best when it comes to prototype -> production quality and it seems Inart has matched that, if not, better in some departments considering the quality of the rooted hair here that they're dealing with. I was worried that the thin lapel on the purple jacket would end up looking thick in the production version but they actually were able to match the thinness of the prototype.

Taking this production piece + futzing it properly (unlike Justin) will result in it looking pretty damn close from what I can see.

Yeah I'm really not liking how caked on that white paint appears now. And the eyes don't look nearly as good as they did before either.

I'm still inclined to keep my order since I really need a Ledger Joker in the collection, but I still want to see a few more reviews before I actually put down that thousand bucks.

Hadn’t seen these photos. Clothes look way better there so that’s good to see.

I like Justin and his videos, but I'm not sure he was really the best choice for something like this. I think Inart would have been better off just releasing some new pics and videos of their own, with some proper lighting and futzing.

Yup! How he looks in InArt’s own production video properly futzed and what not looks miles better than what Justin showed us

Definitely looks a lot better in the video they provided even tho the video itself is not much to go by

If it wasnt for this video I would be really panicking myself

I agree. Queen Studios should definitely try out a different YouTuber the next round. Hell, it can even be a paid position.

I mean Justin's image is cellphone-quality video and the promo photos were high quality DSLR so it'll certainly look better in-hand in terms of sharpness and details. But no amount of futzing is going to overcome the way they've cheaply tampo-applied the face make-up and left hard edges where the prototype looked legitimately hand-applied and smeared. Or the way the waves in the hair on top the head are just non-existent in the production piece.

You're telling me that's supposed to be the same green vest? Fabric looks much thicker and doesn't lay well on the left.

With a camera you get huge distortion not just resolution. It is really hurting how the proportions are looking in that video I think. The paint is a different story but the hair I suppose can be styled. The question is how do you style a dolls hair? 😂
