You can cancel as much as you want on BBTS. I would order SE figures directly from Japan, Amazon JP or stores like amiami. It's much cheaper than buying from US stores. Aerith on: Amazon. Shipping depends on location, for me it's 18k yen total, about 122 USD compared to 185 on BBTS. The yen is very weak atm.

Thanks again for the feedback. I put in a request to Lunar to see what they can do (that's where my Aerith is from). I'll wait to see some more in-hand reviews, and if I like her, maybe I'll go back to Lunar.

BBTS is where I PO'd the Tifa, and same story there--maybe I'll wait for in-hand shots of Mature Tifa, or even pivot to one of the other costumes which seem to be a bit more detailed. In any case, you've convinced me to buy post-release for these.

I had considered buying from Japan, but I don't have experience here and don't want to mess it up. Factor in the crazy shipping logistics and horror stories I've heard, plus the non-domestic (US) customer service, and I was willing to pay a little more for a domestic company. But maybe I should reconsider, especially for like a $60 difference. When I had looked before, considering shipping fees, it was barely a difference at all.

Right now if it's shipping to the US, I'm sure you'll get a good price due to the exchange rate. I would opt for DHL or FedEx if they offer it. Fast turn around and cheaper than EMS currently. They'll more than less likely to lose your stuff and get withheld in some customs center that sometimes seem to be a black hole.

They told me the grace period was over 30 days after ordering or once you've received an Invoice. Its stupid because If you order a in stock item it contradicts itself. Probably just to screw customers out of money.
Pretty much, I have a pre order for ac open as well.
I'm not too sure if he still can source them, but me and @James M got our Zacks from Kit here, when you get your refund, it's worth a shot to send him an email if you still want to buy Zack. It's a little bit more expensive than retail price but nothing compared to aftermarket ebay prices. Worth a shot if you're not too discouraged from the whole ordeal.
yeah, I did reach out to Kit, unfortunately kit said is all sold out and all left is 2nd hand market price like $400+ :( I just canceled my order today hopefully I see the money soon and the shipping fee I paid for.

Kind of suck too that Gametoys don't really have any platform to reach out too, like maybe we can at least ask them If TW actually pay for their order or not. or like maybe re-released. And hopefully whenever the next Gametoys release there enough pre order for everyone too

I'm glad you guys are getting refunds and really putting a fire under their ass. I love the move from @Kha0s , that got a smile from me.

Absolute joke of a company. But it also infuriates me because TW is pretty much confirmed to be a glorified Ponzi scheme propped up entirely by a popular YouTuber and people defend them because, "They haven't screwed me yet, all my orders have been fine."

And they keep doing it because they don't face repercussions, they just give fake tracking, say it's delayed until you cancel, throw you some store credit, etc.

No one got their Cloud figure, no one got their Zack figure, no one got the Present Toys Raider Jones, they currently haven't paid for the Lim Toys Gunslinger release so no one will get that either. Yet they have Justin flown out to LA for some inArt promotional video thing where they most likely won't even deliver on those figures when they come out!

Anyway I've harped on this too many times and it's getting old. I did want to say that static arts Aerith honestly looked really solid to me. Albeit still way overpriced, but not terrible. I won't be buying it but if anyone from these boards does, I don't think it's a bad pickup. Especially if you want her in that dress look, as I don't think anyone will be dropping a release with that as an option anytime soon.

Regardless, no matter how tempting or whether or not if they paid for their order, just stay away from TW and live your life worry free.

I won't be surprised if they got those refund money from the people who pre order the InArt figure

CDJapan, AmiAmi and HobbySearch are all ridiculously good retailers to import from, have used CDJapan most out of the three for well over 10 years and have mentioned them on my channel several times.

Thank you, thank you. :lol 100% agree!

Soooo, I'm sure you may know, but GT keeps on the low because they're selling unlicensed figures, so they really can't have anyone know about what they do, which is why they have no social media platform at all. TW in fact did not pay for their GT orders because they refused to pay the deposit, so they did not receive any orders. That info is from a valued member here, who I won't name to avoid conflict. GT also confirmed they are not doing any re-releases as to keep production levels low and to avoid lawsuits from selling unlicensed. Best thing to do is keep post notifications on for here and we will all help each other out when POs do drop for GT figures, and just pre-order them as quickly as you can. AC Cloud lasted 1.5 weeks IIRC. I'm worried Tifa may only last 1 week with how much anticipation is revolving around her. So don't hesitate when you see the PO pop up is my best advice. Also... It's my speculation that RocketToys is the same company as Gametoys and that RocketToys is their company for licensed figures, since they hold the license for Naruto currently. Their Naruto figures sport the exact same bodies as Gametoys figures, and the promotional photos are just as spectacular as the GT ones. It's just a hunch, though. Not confirmed.

Yeah I figure that the reason they keep it low, since there no rerelease I guess just have to pay for higher price. I didn't know rocket toy is part of gametoys, weren't they the one made that sangoku basara figure?

So my email saying my cancelation request was declined was a bot reply I guess, because I got this today. Well, thank **** that's over with lol I'm never talking about them again unless it's fair warning to never, ever shop there. 🤣
When did you ask for the refund? They were pretty quick. I did not receive mine yet.

Dont think they're affiliated, just similar photography.
It's not confirmed, no, but it's surprising how they share the same body as GT, to which GT has only manufactured their bodies for their own figures...

As soon as someone in this thread got their email saying that Zack would not be released until late November and that TW would offer full refunds, I used their screenshot as evidence of my own and emailed them my PayPal to get my refund that way. Using their BS cancellation thing did not work at all. Emailing them directly was my best bet. They did indeed send it very fast, no "20-30 day wait" time here, they know they ****** up big time lol

Damn, I wonder how to I get my refund for Zack since I paid that off with partially payment plan.

They offered to refund to original payment method, is there a possibility they can do that via partial.ly? I've never used it before so I'm unsure.
Yeah I'm not sure either, because I choose that as well. But my second body is thru PayPal so if worst case scenario I could claim that on PayPal but wey far as partially payment one I just crossing my finger it go back to my bank

Didn't think I would keep Zack but I just might. Might sell off Daytona though to make room for AC Fenrir instead. Will have to see.

Yes, here's hoping. I don't want to bear any bad news, but PayPal is unwilling to help if the payment is older than 180 days; considering I pre-ordered Zack back in February, they were unable to help me in the scenario. Emailing their CS and asking for a cancellation on your order number, providing your PayPal email in the same email, and requesting a full refund is your best option. Best of luck to you.
