I don't see the head being to big but i kinda feel like the eyes are too close together on both heads. It's the only issue i can see and it kinda bothers me.

Unfornately Toyswonderland isn't going anywhere, as much as a lot of us would like them to. Just look at the FF7 Remake thread. You have a constant flow of new people coming in talking about how they bought figures from TW only to find out later on that they're not quite up to par as other retailers.

This is the same thing that you see over in FB groups where people are constantly either shilling for the company or seeing folks who run into trouble with them.

To the general audience and most likely to Inart, they probably just look like a big huge 1/6 reputable figure retailer. After all, you have Justin over here hardcore shilling for them on the daily. Most people don't know about Toyswonderland's ****** practices.

Watching the review and some of the footage from the live event the figures do look pretty good but something about the whole thing feels off, when I was watching some of the live stream footage I could've sworn Justin said those were prototypes on display and sure enough he claims to be reviewing every prototype, supposedly he had even filmed the now recalled Aragorn protoype for apparently being damaged beyong recognition in transit, an excuse I don't buy, but then in their own chinese group InArt said Justin got it wrong and he's indeed reviewing the final product.

Now I don't like to throw accusations around but that sure as hell looks like a prototype to me, main reason is what everyone has been complaining about, the head sculpts. Head sculpts during prototype development have to be bigger so when they shrink down during the molding and casting process they will be the right size, for promotional pictures heads are always downsized with photoshop but in the review video they look like any prototype I've seen, massive and out of scale.

Looking at their other figures on display I still don't think they've completely killed all competition like many are saying, the likeness on the heath sculpts seems to be lacking a bit in Justin's review especially around the eyes and their paints app certainly aren't up to par with the highest offerings in this industry but the rooted hair looked pretty good tho which is what people are paying for.

I'm not really questioning how their products will turn out tho I'm questioning their transparency and dishonest behaviour, now they're being sponsored by Justin AND Toys Wonderland both of which have been under heavy scrutiny for their shady practices, I speak from personal expirience that I do not trust Toys Wonderland and if InArt researched the market as well as they claim to have had then they would know what a bizarre and dangerous move it is to be directly associated with them.

To be fair the same can be said about other popular vendors as well. Just look at Sideshow Collectibles. Theres no shortage of postings from unhappy customers about their abhorrent practices and I've experienced some of it first hand. I can't say my experience with Toys Wonderland was any different from that with Sideshow. The reality is if Inart wants to partner with a legitimate and honest distributor, they haven't many places to look outside the few like OSK.

Sculpted hair version. Looks good IMO, could have a bit more yellow in the hair color. I'm happy for the price I preordered at.

Thats why I dont buy from either of them.

I started buying from Kit recently and he seems as great as they come 🔥🔥

TBH I couldn't care less about Joker, Batman, Pennywise. Not figures I am interested in owning I have the old DX joker and I am 100% fine with it. Not interested in spending $1500 CAN for a updated version. The one and only figure I was interested in seeing was Aragorn. And that went straight to the SH***TER at the 23rd hour!

I think it looks fine. I POed the sculpted, almost paid it off through Kit. I was never a big enough Joker fan to justify the 1K price point for the rooted 2-Pack. Either way, sculpted, rooted, I like it. It's not some museum worthy piece of art, but it's pretty great. Whether HT comes out with a 3.0 or whatever, the IA "bobbleheads", I'm too tired to care. I'll cross the name off my list, wait for their Baleman, and that'll be it. Maybe in the coming decade, if I haven't been nuked from the North or raped to death from the East in the next few years, I'll even get to display them!

I'm waiting for the rooted Paul though. IA isn't shaping up to be the "literal art" and "figures that look like they used a shrink ray on the actors" maker, but I'm liking what I'm seeing, at least as another "big name" alternative to HT that will take are of some non-MCU/SW licenses.

I am however disappointed with how this "event" was handled. I wasn't going to buy Aragorn anyway, but we're in the middle of October, and they'd said that we'd have seen all the teaser pics by May. They were supposed to show two new licenses here IIRC, which were obviously cut as well. It seems that they have everything riding on Jokah Baybhee and the face of 90% of DC's current publication...

If you liked the prototype I don’t know why you would be complaining now because the production piece looks exactly like the prototype. My issue is that I never thought the prototype looked that good. Probably because there are so many high end customs that look way better. As far as mass produced 1/6 joker it’s by far the best though

Agreed. As it turns out, they may have been better off NOT doing this Vegas event all together.

The whole "Vegas" thing seemed odd to begin with. I mean, Vegas? Especially when they could have gone to the NYCC just last week.
