I never posted I'm admin there or hidden it like how there are many fake/shill accounts for those driving traffic to certain vendors and also defending certain vendors whenever others post about bad experiences.

I don't see a conflict of interest in the same manner of a number of CF members claiming not be in conflict of interest as admins of other groups and/or acting as compensated proxies for whatever brands/forums/groups.

I thought everyone knew I'm a member/admin there? It's not like I'm using a 100% made up name to hide my identity unlike the majority of members here with fake/shill and real accounts.

I have zero influence on the traffic to OSK. The traffic to OSK is due to the satisfied customers and word of mouth based on proven and reliable service by its owner.

So there.

:)
Calm down. My post had no malicious intent. I even said you weren't wrong about the complaints regarding the called out retailers. It's not like I was trying to discredit anything you were saying by mentioning you were an admin for the OSK site. It was more said in jest than anything. And how could "everyone" know you're an admin there? It's not like it's in your sig and not everyone here has Facebook to see that you're on there. I only have Facebook b/c it's tied to my Instagram account; otherwise, I wouldn't have access to the group nor would I have known you were an admin there either :dunno

With that said, if anyone here likes a certain retailer(s), that doesn't automatically make them a fake/shill for them just b/c they've had and shared good experiences at places other than OSK and it's not fair to automatically label them as such or assume they're getting some kind of discount or compensation for saying so. Shouldn't we be happy for our fellow members, especially the longer standing members, that didn't have the bad experiences others have had instead of negatively labeling them? I had a forum member mad at me for receiving the DAMToys Ezio from TNS just b/c they didn't get theirs while assuming that I got the one they were supposed to get. It's not my fault that my order was fulfilled and theirs wasn't. I had no control over it.

Chung is one of admins on OSK facebook group, he's my friend for many years but he's not related to OSK business. I appreciate Chung's help to manage the group without salary :)

I didn't take your post/reply the wrong way (malicious, etc.).

Why should I? I've seen you around and you got "creds". I may not agree with or like how/what you post at times, but so what? We agree to disagree and no reason to take offense/get butt hurt.

I tend to be very cautious, pessimistic, and suspicious to a fault based on experience when it comes fake/shill accounts. More often than not, I'm usually spot on.

Believe it or not, I am happy for other collectors when things go their way, etc. However, I observed much lackadaisical actions/behaviors by new and old collectors over a common incident. The persistence and rampancy of such stupid actions/behaviors is significant compared to similar instances over the years.

Of course, I've had my share of poor choices and stupidity too. I'm not proud of them, but I sure learned from the hard lessons. I can't say the same for others though.

Should be ready to ship by Monday

Is it still possible to get this from one sixth kit or is it sold out?

And yes, those pants are looking a little tight.

I understand. Like I said in another post, it was said light-heartedly. He does a great job interacting with FB group members and keeping up discussion.

Cool :duff I appreciate the explanation :peace

I know we all need to be cautious and/or accept risk when ordering at other places. I've just seen more and more on the board that when ppl have had multiple back to back good experiences at some of these arguably questionable retailers, they get put down and autmatically accused of defending the questionable actions of those places rather than just accepting that they were simply saying "hey, sorry you got screwed, but I've luckily, had no problems." I just think we should be celebrating the wins that we get, rather than assuming we had no issues b/c we're in cahoots with the potential bad guys.

@TaliBane

From what I know (and I don't know much in terms of the business at OSK), OSK's shipment just arrived and Kit is going through the shipment's inventory count, processing invoices to be sent to those who pre-ordered it, and preparing shipments.

I'm guessing he'll post an announcement within the OSK FB group about additional inventory and I remember reading a post by him a week or so ago (in this discussion thread?) about ordering additional stock.

If you're on FB and a member in the OSK group, then keep an eye out for an announcement.

If you're on FB and not a member in the OSK group, then please consider joining.

I hope this helps.

Looking forward to many in hand pics of this. He's not different enough to what I already have to make me want one. Had the hat been an Inigo, I may at least have sought that out. If you need a starter Indy with accessories that won't break the bank, this may be your only chance, so if you haven't got one already, you may want to.

Thanks for that, I'm not much of a FB user, but will take a look.

I have a bunch of Indys and parts but I'm always so curious to see new Indy 1/6 stuff that I can't help getting it.

And I always end up using an extra Indy for another display (I have "Indy and Satipo" Indy, "on horse" Indy, TOD Indy, "Idol podium" Indy, "Cairo streets" Indy etc etc etc :slap :lol)
