I watched Star Trek 6 again the other night. That film's plot is so well written.

I prefer it to Wrath of Khan and think it's the best original cast movie.

I've felt that way for a long time, like 6 is the most underrated film. It has, I think, just about the best score as well.

Yeah, it's right there with TWoK. Couple of goofy elements, but it did give the TOS crew a nice send off

I feel like the only way it could have been improved is if they'd used Saavik as originally intended instead of Valeris. The emotional beats of her betrayal would have hit so much harder that way.

In my opinion Kruge needs a "Companion".....how about Valkris!!

For me the only companion he needs is his late, beloved pet targ.

In fact I'd give anything for a diorama piece with the Klingon chair and targ on the raised platform. That would just make for one of the most epic 1/6 displays ever.

You're right, that would have been killer. But I remember reading somewhere around the time that the movie was coming out that they had considered putting Saavik in the movie but that Kirstie Alley had................um, "outgrown" the uniform by then and Robin Curtis wasn't interested.

I’m wondering if this will be a part of the tiered accessory version which has been mentioned, the basic version could be the duty uniform and the standard include the landing party jacket and equipment.

Yeah seeing how well Kruge turned out makes me even more excited to see General Chang now.

Chang and Gorkon would be an amazing pair, the ST3/6 Klingons are my favourite looks for them, I’m hoping for a line up of Chang, Kruge and Kor from Errand of Mercy to show off the TOS era villains.

That would be epic, it would take up a fair amount of room but just seeing that photo has me thinking of the Klingon score in the film and seeing just how intimidating Kruge was to even his own crew!

In the One Sixth Mafia video Nanjin mentioned the possibility of a 1 off second run of both Picard and Data. It sounded from what he said to be very much a thought at the moment so I would bet on it till he confirms but it would be good for anyone who came into this after they were sold out.

Did we ever get a reason why we won't be getting TNG season 1-2 uniforms? I get that the uniforms were tight and might be hard to replicate on a sixth scale figure but there are some great episodes in those first two seasons.
