^^ Just too good!! :clap:clap:clap

I was gonna ask if you were going to pose Captain Marvel bashing Thanos :monkey3

I don't have a Thanos, but man, your photos really make me reconsider!
Haha, of course! I thought you’d especially enjoy those photos! It’s not the correct version of Danvers but hey I’ll work with what I got.

If you’ve got the room (he’s huge!) and can get him for a good price (closer to $350 than $450) I would highly recommend him.

Awesome! No biggie lol I actually do like when others mix'n match the different versions of characters.

Yeah, I'm teetering between the Armored and BD, I'm probably leaning towards the latter since he'll be a great accessory for EG Captain Marvel :wink1:

I went back and forth between armored and battle-damaged for a long time too. I agree that the battle-damaged version would be the best fit for your Endgame Captain Marvel. I really like both but I was going to only have one so for me it kind of came down to four things:

1. Battle-damaged version wouldn’t fit on my shelf while standing on his rock base anyhow.

2. The clean version with his own gauntlet is more timeless.

3. I could get more use out of that stoic headsculpt than the sad defeated one.

4. The clean one could be had for way less money since it’s two years old at this point.

Since I bought the Infinity War version aswell as the clean Endgame version an argument could be made for me to go completist on the character and also get the BD figure. That will be my rationale if I ever do.

I think the armored version is the best but I still like the armorless IW version too. Its funny because when I first saw the design i hated it, same for mark 50 which I really like now.

It helped that Infinity War was an awesome movie - if it had been crap the armorless design probably never would have grown on you.

A one and done on Thanos has to be the armored version but I just couldn't not get the version of him that actually beat the Avengers and had all those awesome scenes in Infinity War.

For 40 years empire strikes back was my favorite film, not ashamed to type infinity war is even better. I can't wait for project 4k80 (blu Ray scan of theatrical ESB) to finish, they seem to be close.

Looking forward to seeing him in the context of your overall collection.
Gonna leave him in this battle pose for now but long term he probably ends up standing alone at one end of the shelf or the other.

I have some cut-to-fit paper thrown down right now on the Marvel shelf because I'm still toying of the idea of putting a removal white cover over the wood and wanted to see how I feel about it :sneaky:

Will do more new pics in my shelf thread too.

Thanks! Top shelf needs more faces - right now it's a lot of helmets. Hopefully Mandalorian Asoka and Luke this year can help with that. Or Bo-Katan if they redo her face.
Is your Batmobile as pristine as it looks or is it actually covered in scratches and scuffs like mine is? :lol

:lol scratched and scuffed just like everyone else’s. No fabric too soft not to leave scratches, apparently. I have been using makeup brushes for dusting it and that seems to work well, but the damage is done.
