So they're packing in two (low quality) seamless arms now? I still don't understand why Deadite Linda is blonde. Also, that torn shirt is pretty pathetic looking, along with the tailoring overall. This thing has rush job written all over it.

But honestly, as pissed off as I am for paying full price for the mediocre quality of this set, I think after a decent amount of customizing and new paint apps I can add back some of its value.

The plan: My SS Ash is going on the base. The possessed Ash head is getting the Asmus body, clothes, and stand. The Asmus Ash head is going to become Medieval Ash (new body + clothes from my old AoD SS Ash). So in the end this could end up growing my ED 1/6 family. A cleaned up version of that Asmus head would also make a pretty decent ED1 Ash. Maybe one will show up on Monkey Depot eventually?

I had a little bit of hope with more pictures this would look better but I was wrong. It just gets worse and worse. It looks like a bad custom and not an officially licensed figure. The Evil Dead 2 license deserved better than this.

I'm gonna customize mine these needs a fair bit of work.

I feel like the only positive thing about the set is the Necronomicon. Everything else just looks subpar and I'm glad I canceled, though honestly if they had offered the Luxury set at less than $200 as the standard release it would of been passable to a degree.

Also yeah I guess I was right and can see how the chainsaw bar broke and Asmus had to glue in another for those first finished shots. Bar doesn't seem to be secured very well so the pull mechanism just makes it move up and down and will break off.

This will likely be the last time I ever buy from asmus. This set really has my bloody boiling.

They couldnt even bother to match the skin tone of the hands tot he rest of the body.

The tailorings so poorly done that once it was put together it didnt even fit the waist. So theres a gap and the velcro barely attaches. This is a dumpster fire.

Differences in prototype to production is expected but this is not one of those. Those wounds should be there. This is almost more unforgivable than Henrietta. Holy crap, man. This was a rush job.

Ok.. at this point, there's no friggin way they can fix this.
Even if they replaced Henrietta with the hairy one..
It's too big of a mess.

* they are happy with the final clearly didn't review that alongside the final. How can you not have the 3 marks!? Also include 2 seamless arms that are terrible not to mention that one will only be used.

+ plastic poppets so they'll get broken.

I dont even know how to start... The wrong name, the paintjob,all the non movie acurate parts, the horrible arms, the tailoring... This looks like a 3 party unlicensed figure rather than a luxury official product.
say whatever you want, looks cheap and rushed.
