Wow, that was quick delivery. My Janeway was posted on the 6th Dec' and it reached the carrier/airline on the 20th Dec' and no update since then. Have messaged exo-6 twice via their site and received no reply.
My Janeway is missing as well. You could try messaging exo-6 through Facebook? I tried twice through their site as well and also had no response, but got a reply through Facebook within a few hours - they've been very helpful (even if no luck in my case yet).

The wrist pegs come out fine, no glue, just tight. I did post a pic of them some way back but don’t recall where.

edit.
Thank you!

I definitely also wouldn't mind if I was able to purchase some fitting pegs from EX-6 just in case or have them included in the box. There are so many out there so I rather have the proper ones.

My EMH hasn't moved since December 24th. I just now notice it says outstanding balance? What is this about? Janeway did not have that. And what weird amount?

175- 20 (deposit) = 155

Janeway, Picard, Data, and EMH, all processed and invoiced differently.

Hi, I did contact Nanjin via messenger (friends) and informed him of the issues. As ever, Nanjin was gracious enough to take time out of his busy schedule to reply. He said it was the luck of the draw (at the moment) as to how and when the figures are dispatched from carrier at the airport. Nanjin stated numerous flights had been cancelled due to covid/lockdown, therefore some are taking longer, so there is nothing I can do. It is considered lost after 90 days and it is around day 34/35 at the moment. It is probably just me not understanding the postal system, but cannot work out that figures that leave the factory 2/3 weeks after mine get to their destination while mine appears to be somewhere in Hong Kong airport (China Post tracking) or Flight Departed (parcel monitor tracking). Nanjin stated you cannot go by Chinese tracking system.

Uh... I`ll try to explain. This (the fact that some later packages arrive before those sent first) happens, because shipping logistics are not a straight line. It is not like all the packages line-up in a neat order and move henceforth in order of arrival at the first destribution center. No. Shipping logistics are complex on a normal day, and they get even more complex with holiday rush and other complicating circumstances, like Covid restrictions, which pop-up everywhere these days.

For example: Janeway gets shipped, goes to the distribution center, than another, and another, and there she sits waiting in line for a flight (most postal shipments go into cargo compartments of the regular, passenger flights). She waits in her stack of other packages, but it is holiday season, so a lot more packages arrives, more than the destribution center can accomodate, but they can`t turn those down, so they accept and stuff their storages to the top, untill they can fit no more. The order of arrival gets lost, newer packages end up on top of the older ones. Finally, the destribution center says "we can`t physically fit any more!" and the shipping company has to arrange another spaces to store the packages, that keep arriving. They open some temporary destributions centers in other areas and rerout all new packages where. At this point (two weeks later), EMH gets shipped and goes to one of the newly arranged distribution centers, while Janeway keeps lying in her overflown one. At this point, Covid is discover among the workers of the first disctribution center and it gets shut down for two weeks to test every worker and for the general quarantine reasons. So the shipping company gives flight spaces to the packages of one of the temporary destribution centers, instead. EMH gets shipped out of the country, while Janeway area is quarantined, her DC isn`t working and also she got buried under newer packages.
Now imagine that this can (and often DOES) happen in both the country of origin and the country of destination. And in any country in-between, because international shipments rarely go directly from one country to another. Add here, that not only destribution facilities, but also Customs in both countries. Which have offices with workers, who can also get Covid and be put on pause.

Here is how you can have one package arrive before another, though it had been shipped 3 weeks ahead.

The local couriers look for am easier way out from ALL possible air cargo hub.

We trucked 2 lot of 200+ Janeway to a hub located 150 km away from another location hoping they could leave on the next available flight. One shipment did just that, arrived US in 10 days. The 2nd lot waited 4 seeks before they could get on a plane.

Then we did 3 shipments to EU by crossing the HK/China border and went through HK because the China hubs were fully packed will millions of packaging waiting yo leave China. All 3 failed and stuck in HK for 3 additional week before they have a flight coming from Germany. This was around mid Dec.

If we went with the usual route, the local transfer hub, then all shipment are still sitting there. I am talking about 1.5 months just sitting around before getting on a plane.

The slower we move Janeway put, the more financial lose we will encounter. Remember our operation model is to ship as fast and as many as possible?

Shipping is taking money from our profit on a daily basis. Some Janeways already experience lost. The margin can't cover the super expensive Re-ship cost.

BTW, if we never did the above, we will need to start to consider slowing down (no room to put finish product) and if we slow down, bankruptcy is unavoidable.

Shipping is EATING into our product. (land Shipping to another Transfer Hub is not cheap when most route are blocked)

Correct. Under normal circumstances, shipping speed is FIFO (first in first out). Now, is Don't Know.

Guys (girls and everyone else), I don`t know if you know, but Nanjin is now fighting Covid himself:oops::oops::oops:. Let`s wish him to make speedy and EASY recovery!

And leave nerves over postal slowness for a bit later?
Absolutely, I've been guilty of worrying a fair bit myself (sorry!), but at the end of the day these are just (very nice) collectibles. Health is so much more important.

Best wishes to Nanjin, hope you are on the mend - and a huge thank you once again for all you are doing for us Trek fans!

It's just a sign of the times due to covid that things are moving slower than we would like. As frustrating as it can be to wait, let's all just remember these figures are still (with shipping delays beyond any companies control) being made at speeds way ahead of any other 1/6th figure manufacturer.
I can only speak for myself, but I would rather wait for a slow figure in transit, than EXO-6 have to lose money & possibly not being able to produce all the characters they would like to.

I remind our folks that we can't afford to have any sort of constipation 🤣

Figures must constantly going out the door from factory side.

In good faith, we will always avoid routes that have possibility of delay basing on our daily (a ture word) shipping intelligence briefings.

We can only copy and paste shipping info and whatever answer they would give out because even couriers don't even have relevant info themselves.

The doctor’s in. Great turnaround again. I received shipping notification on Dec 24th and I’m based in the UK. Solid work, Nanjin and co. This doesn’t look nearly as tanned as I expected and the expression is pretty darn good. Hopefully these shots do it enough justice.

Completely agree! What Exo-6 are doing is phenomenal, and postal issues aside (of which they have no control), are producing figures at unheard-of speed without compromising quality. They have single-handedly rejuvenated my interest in 1/6 scale figures, and I'm more excited to see what's coming down the pipeline from Exo-6 than from anyone else.

Agreed. My interest in 1/6th was waning, especially with HT. EXO-6 has re-sparked my collecting fever
