Ok now you guys are over exaggerating the second I saw it i knew it was Stallone as Rambo and not Arnold in Commando lol

Yes it needs work but zero likeness is absurd lol

It's not the likeness, it's the fact that it's the Rambo 3 sculpt with modded hair. Same body too.

Might be the same sculpt, but if so then the paint app here has still utterly destroyed the likeness in my opinion.

I remember when 3z showed their R3 fig… people kept whining. Then it was released with the right mods and the same people raved about.

This board keeps getting on with the same pattern.. whine/rave… yawnnnnn!

What if the improvements only came about because of the whining? Then it would have been worth it, no?

Valid criticism isn't whining. Just as passively accepting whatever comes along rarely results in a company putting in the extra effort it takes to produce their best possible work...

It's too early to offer constructive criticism. When they release official promo pics, then we can kill...I mean, offer suggestions. This should be an easy figure for them to get right.

As for the sculpt, they might have to make a new one because I think Sly looked a bit different in Rambo 3. In First Blood he only weigh like 160 pounds and his face looks thinner. In Rambo 3 he was pushing 200 pounds and even his face looked muscular.

I wonder if they'll include the poncho/mountain man outfit?

Pretty sure this is a work in progress. The Rambo III version turned out so well -- better than the prototype -- that I doubt they'd let this one out without the same level of care.
