1/6 NEXT Hot Toys STAR WARS Figure...?

Well no **** All the releases thus far are based on Season 7. Ahsoka? S7. Maul? S7. 332nd? S7. Rex? S7. Shock Troopers? S7. 501st? S7. Anakin? Pretty much a mix. The only one not based on S7 is Kenobi, which has yet to be put up for PO. Realistically the only non-S7 TCW figures I can see in the future would be Cad Bane (due to Bad Batch appearance), Asajj Ventress, Plo Koon, various clones.

As far as PT figures selling for higher prices, they all do. These are all doubled right now... Maul, Dark Side Anakin, Anakin, Kenobi... Cody, Dooku, Yoda are all around 370-400 right now. Only “cheap” one is Qui-Gon who is over 300.

There’s really nothing S7 about Anakin, but I agree the only reason Hot Toys did Clone Wars was because of S7, but if the existing ones sell well, they’ll definitely make more based on previous seasons

The sculpt is definitely season 7. The outfit is pretty much his appearance from every season prior.

Ah yes, the Mando Luke. That is slowly becoming the White Whale. R2 and Jedi Luke have both been released within 3-4 years ago, would they want to reissue/remake them?

Expect and hope are 2 different things lol

I hope to see that list along with 212th trooper, B1 Battle Droids, Season 3-6 Ahsoka, Shaak Ti, Kit Fisto, Admiral Piett, Tie Pilot, Mace Windu, I could go on and on on.

What do I expect?

One major reveal for both the OT and PT, 2 for TCW and another 1 or 2 Mando reveals, while some of the ones we've been waiting for go up for order (TCW Kenobi, Mando Luke, etc)

Well it has been leaked that Mk1 IM, Batman Arkham something (Nightwing teased previously) and Cyborg for at the Con reveals and POs. I had a pic of what went up for ex/at con PO's on the Con/Fair the past 5 years. At most was 9 in 2018 with at least 4 exclusives each year, so this year only has 3 for 6 total. Could be a few new figs like a Classic Spidey/AntiOck Spidey that went up for PO later in the year. Might see some more revealed like Mando Luke/212th, but I doubt a long list. Remember we seen Padme/CW Obi/Bespin Luke and all never went up for PO.

I’d love to see Mace Windu. That’s really the last PT figure I’m really excited to have from Hot Toys.

This - badly!

Grievous is interesting but it just feels too expensive/complex for HT to go all-in on, even with PT figures on a good run.

Padme AOTC is a very strange omission for HT - such an obvious HT fig.
