Out of curiosity, is there any legalities of HT re doing a Con Exclusive? Figure some pissed off scalper would try a legal suit. That?s how the world works today.

That would not go anywhere. Hot Toys has no obligations to protect people who resell their products.
They do not sign a contract with anyone before they sell them a figure promising that they will not rerelease it either.
For all intents and purposes convention exclusive is just language that they use to promote a figure that they are selling, it doesn?t legally bind them to anything.

I always wondered in the Knightmare timeline/universe, why does Batman still use his mask? Surely, his identity is revealed to everyone already and all bets are off in this world. Joker knows it, Lex knows it, his team knows it and most of all Knightmare Superman knows it and probably shared that fact with the world.

I always wondered in the Knightmare timeline/universe, why does Batman still use his mask? Surely, his identity is revealed to everyone already and all bets are off in this world. Joker knows it, Lex knows it, his team knows it and most of all Knightmare Superman knows it and probably shared that fact with the world.

It offers protection and has tech in it? Also, it's always been said that Batman is his real identity and Bruce Wayne is just a front.

Have to admit I never cared much for Superman in the black suit before, but it did look pretty badass in the movie.

The only thing bugging me is that black cape they gave it in the proto pics. At secret base it appears to be more of a dark gray like it should be, but I wonder if that's only due to the harsh lighting from above making it look that way?

Being stuck in the 90s/00s, I'm always game for "Character, but the costume is BLACK and EXTREME" so Black Suit Superman is the only way I'd ever buy a Supeman, seeing as I'm not really a fan. But he doesn't have the long hair, or anything to set him apart really so... eh. I want a Knightmare Batfleck, but not enough to shell out 250$ more. I wish they'd have done a proper Knightmare two-pack, with Joker or Deathstroke. I'd have jumped on that in an instant. As it stands, I'm probably sitting this one out. And it's a shame. They could've waited more and put together something better.

Being stuck in the 90s/00s, I'm always game for "Character, but the costume is BLACK and EXTREME" so Black Suit Superman is the only way I'd ever buy a Supeman, seeing as I'm not really a fan. But he doesn't have the long hair, or anything to set him apart really so... eh. I want a Knightmare Batfleck, but not enough to shell out 250$ more. I wish they'd have done a proper Knightmare two-pack, with Joker or Deathstroke. I'd have jumped on that in an instant. As it stands, I'm probably sitting this one out. And it's a shame. Well, I suppose even if you pay 600$ you're still getting it cheaper than from eBay, and you are getting another figure. Still, they could've done a cool set.

It will be in one box. All of the HT figures sets that I have are in one box. I doubt they would
change it for this set.

I remember the back of the cowl taking some point blank gun shots in the BvS warehouse scene. Bullet proof protection would be handy in an apocalyptic world

I assumed it's because at this point these people have given themselves completely to these identities for tactical reasons (armor vs no armor), morale (I'm teaming up with Batman! vs I'm teaming up with Bruce?), and affirmation of self-identity(I'm Batman! vs I'm fifty?)
