The Superman costume change i’m ok with but both of Batman JL costumes are a step down especially the tactical one that is indeed B&R levels of crap

I hope HT releases the BvS style again

To each their own about what they like and dislike! But as for myself, in-hand I love the HT JL Tac suit Bats—especially paired with the accessories for standard JL Batman (i.e., parademon stand and blaster). And even is Josstice League I liked the tac suit suit in the film.

HT standard JL figure... honestly, I don’t care for it much. I don’t plan to ever display it much. I just wanted those accessories for the Tac Suit figure. In the movie I’m waiting to see how Zack films it. So many of Whedon’s shots were ass.

Yeah that thin neck ruins it but really the entire derpy shape including the ears is just a massive fail not just the neck don?t even get me started on the chest.

Chest can be modded though, same as BvS—which is essential for BvS imho. Just makes the figure so much more beastly. He was such a brick ****house in the film. I haven’t bothered with standard JL Batman because... well, BvS is so much better. Although for my trinity display I currently have Tac Suit up in honor of ZSJL.

I just don't see what you guys see with that Justice League suit. As for the BvS suit I get that the neck is a deliberate choice but I still think it looks silly being that wide. The JL neck probably wouldn't seem skinny except for how big it was on the BvS.

Does anyone know where a guy can buy these kit bash pieces? I saw it on Instagram, I asked the guy running the account where I could get a copy and he said "lul idk eBayB", so he obviously wasn't the creator / probably didn't have a copy himself. It looks damn near perfect ��

I think it's the 'POPTOYS X34 1/6 Scale Overcoat suit set'.

While I don't think it's the worst suit I agree they could have done better. Like the standard JL cowl it looks better/worse depending on some angles. But his standard suit is cumbersome enough, with all these layers he becomes the Michelin Man haha
Especially when he's squeezing into the batmobile lol


HT slapped some armor on the standard suit/body but that just gave him huge thunder thighs and articulation issues. The right way to do that figure was a new thinner body under the armored pieces. Wishful thinking but a reissue with better proportions/articulation would be cool.

While I hated the prototype jl batman I think the finished item is pretty great-of course it needs a custom cape & posed correctly but i really like it.
I got two. Still love the bvs batman suit too but the tactical suit looks like a 90s Kenner toy.
What purpose did it even serve!?

Ok, before I go on to talk **** about you disrespecting the 90?s Kenner Batsuit, I must compliment the great posing work done with that cape; super legit!

Now down to the nitty-gritty? WHAT PURPOSE?!?!?! I think you are actually over thinking it to be honest. I mean you kinda had it right there but then flushed it down the toilet. The purpose of the Tactical suit was ABSOLUTELY to look like a 1990?s Kenner toy, which is the coolness/attraction of it. With the DC/WB franchise movies, everything before JL was just so damn serious and dark and WHY SO SERIOUS, lol? I love the fact that if the big bat symbol on his chest were to be deleted, he would look like Owlman more than Batman with a symbol-delete. Besides, the suit is like totally?. Ummm?. What?s the word I?m looking for?. Oh yeah?. TACTICAL!

Anyways, just playing around and having fun. Honestly, I really like the entire JL line including ?Owlman? but mistakes were made (with the movie as well obviously) as the reason for including the Parademon blaster with the regular suit seems so oblivious. However, as more information has become available/leaked regarding the film?s ?production?, I?d imagine that the materials given to the merchandise manufacturers prior to the movie?s release probably showed regular batsuit Bruce with the weapon which can also explain the deluxe?s base.

Anyways, hope you were able to parse out my intended sarcastically playful remarks from my intended remarks of admiration. For instance, that cape looks totally ****** and it looks like you spent 2 minutes on it before throwing it on top of that gargoyle-sarcastic or not?

Tac suit gets the neck and head shape pretty well proportioned imo. I like the shape of the cowl too, actually.

Tell me these Knightmare costumes wouldn't be killer as Hot Toys........I can see a display of the Knightmare versions standing next to their standard version. Damn that would look cool.

JL2 is rumoured to take place predominantly in the Knightmare world. Why would anyone not want to see that ?

Yeah I’d have been totally stoked to see that. I mean Deathstroke seems to have a hard on for the Teen Titans in the comics so often (****ing pedo) but his skills would make him perfect for Batman’s rogues gallery. I mean at this point they could probably remove Catwoman and Harley has become so popular she’s almost moved past anti-hero status.

Yup, absolute FOOLS is right which is why AT&T stepped in and shook them the **** up! It might sound strange to some but if I could pick it would be a movie with Riddler as the main villain. No goofy, stumbling, blubblery, cowardly Riddler either. I’d actually think that some of the super dark & brooding characteristics of WB/DC movies could actually be an asset for a movie of this type.
