I'll probably do it based on seniority [emoji1]

Or, I may let my second oldest Daughter have the first pick because she's the one that likes Indy the most.

She had me build her her own Indy that she has on her nightstand. :)

Those sound like fair deals. Would be very interested in seeing the KOTCS sculpt repainted. It's a really nice paint-up for a third-party figure but I'm sure could be greatly improved by a master painter.

I ended up going with the side-eyed sculpt for Indy, has a bit more life to it, and used the regular sculpt for Deckard.

Yeah that really should have been the figure we got from HT all those years back.
I agree. But it just doesn't seem possible to get this level of quality in a mass produced figure it seems.

Just imagine if HT got Inigo to sculpt a revisit of the character in hype of the new movie?

Just whatever they do keep Arnie Kim far, far away from it. [emoji1]

Glad to be of help.

Yes, skin is the trickiest of all as no skin coloured paint is remotely skin coloured....and no persons skin is evenly coloured.

From what I can tell, the pros use airbrushes.....too rich for my occasional efforts!

Oh, and this useful....think I picked it up here a while back but can't remember.

If you can get those coloured highlight lines into your painted eyes, you are doing way better than me! Basically, you need some kind of magnifier to see that detail (double magnification) a super fine brush, and very, very thin paint.
Thanks so much for this. I recently used this info on my first attempt at painting eyes and it went great. Thanks a lot

I have serious doubts we'll be seeing a new movie any time soon.

I wish that were true... but I fear he'll just be that much older and they'll push it through in another year. Its not about the fans or the audience, its about the money for Ford and the studio. Because all I've heard since the initial Raiders movie opened from people was: I wish they'd do an Indy movie where Indy is 70 or older.

If Ford were to play him more like the gruff badass we saw in the Blade Runner sequel, then I'd be all for it. But if it's just going to be the sappy, out of touch old fart we saw in Indy 4 again, then no thanks.

Yes, I liked him in the Blade Runner sequel.
