The head is a different color than the body and the bandage in the hands is different color than the arm bandage
The collar section should be up and pointing slightly outward, not flat and down. The spacing between the button for the undershirt is too short, that section need to be extend by a bit.

PLEASE ASMUS, read the complains we just want a good figure !!

The hands are repainted DMC4 dante hands. Lol but I'm guessing those are stand in until they finish the actual hands for this figure.

I have a suggestion Asmus.

The likeness for Dante seems pretty good...however, at first glance, i thought it was off. And then I realized what was throwing it off. It's the size of his neck. If you make his neck a little thicker, it'll help bring out the likeness even more.

Also, PLEAAAASE give Dante an extra head with a more serious expression.

I had the opposite problem, I think they might have to just up qc on the bodies, wouldn't mind a revamp on their bodies.

The Dante head looks Realllllly good. Im impressed.

I am on the fence with Nero, i love DMC V and i enjoy playing as Nero most but i dont intend to have a team of DMC figures, just a couple . And at the moment im leaning towards getting the Luxury Vergil as he has the nice base, and plethora of weapons.

Whats the chances on a Nero Luxury ? We could always get the human arm, fancy base and the angel wings ala end of the game.

He looks good, the paint on the sculpt definitely needs to be redone in order to bring out the sculpt looks way to soft. Blue Rose looks fine but it could just be the photo hopefully once i get him i can tell if everything is off or not.

I ordered mine directly from Asmus, not heard anything yet. I think he looks good in the previous pics @Kaldas shared! Agree a repaint might do good, but will judge better in hand.

I ended up ordering Nero. I am not 100% sold on it due to his face, but ever since the Dante reveal i couldnt get out of my mind that once Dante is released, months down the line that people will want to start panic buying Nero too to make a set ( especially if a V or Vergil is teased by then ) and id like to order now just to avoid all the mess later of having to scour ebay for either a used one cheap, or an expensive one new. Or they might even be expensive used. Got peace of mind now though.

It's certainly worth it, I think the face looks more accurate in hand based on what photos we got but the wait is killing me, it sucks the blue rose and red queen are a bit undersized and he looks ever so slightly off, but he's gonna be a great piece. Worse comes to worse, you can resell it later if you want, they recently teased DMC4 Nero in the Dante thread, so there's that.

DMCv's outfit is by far my favorite though so I'm sticking with this one. But if they offer a deluxe upgrade package for this Nero down the line I wouldn't mind picking it up.

This is overall good quality, but the deficiencies we perceived remain the same.

The coat is not blue, and the weapon is small in size.
This is exactly what we were worried about.

But even considering that, it?s a good figure.

You took some really nice photos. Yes I can see some of the issues already pointed out but overall I think I'll be pleased to own him. I'm guessing the jacket is a grey with a slight blueish hue to it.

I compared the two.

As the Nero(ver.2012) body was bigger, the size of the weapon was significantly bigger.
Asmus should have kept this size.

Great photos Tryvor7! I love the details of the devil breakers! Overture looks amazing. What colour does the coat look in person? It seems blue to me, but that's probably just my screen.

Also seeing the two Nero's from Asmus side by side is fun! The details (overall, not the weapon scale) look improved me to

The best coat color I think is Sentinel.

Asmus is not blue, and the color is too light.
The color I wanted was dark blue. OTL
