What is the likely hood of hot toys getting the licence to make judge Dredd from the recent film Dredd (3d) and his motorcycle he rides!

If they were we would have seen/heard something by now. Hot Toys is already so far backed up with so many QC issues I wouldn't want them adding anything else to their plate until they get their **** together.
