I think the one he has the pic of is the DC Direct Batman Incorporated Batman figure. I took it that he pickup up Arkham Batman and Scarecrow in addition to that one.

I bought a few of the TDK ones, Batman had a broken cape, Scarecrow had a broken arm at the elbow, and the Bank Robber Goon's hand snapped off at the wrist.

I have alot of the Mattel Ghostbusters and I like them, their solid, don't snap at the joints.

But yea TDK ones, awful, brittle plastic, just so cheap. And they don't replace them if they are broken, just give you a voucher to get a new one yourself so if there not in stores your out of luck and it takes them a few weeks to send the voucher.
