Video Game Cereal

Okay, so I'm a little too young to remember these, but I came across an ebay listing a little bit back about a Nintendo cereal box (with cereal still packaged inside) that sold for over $100. So I did a little digging, due to my curiosity, and found that there were several video game cereals back in the 80s and early 90s. Anyone remember eating these??

I clearly remember the Nintendo Cereal System. Loved it when I was a kid. Don't remember having any of the others though. I was so hooked on the original Nintendo back then...

Sadly??... i wish i would have been old enough to have eaten those. or at least have the boxes. they look neat.

I had the NES one. Commercial had a catchy Mario-inspired tune.

Hell yes! I went through 'em like crazy when I was a kid. Those were the good days, when sugary cereal actually contained real sugar. Pac-Man cereal was great.

the 80s had it right making video games cereal. they should bring that back! i mean heck, they're doing the vintage boxes for all the other cereals like cheerios, cinnamon toast crunch, frosted flakes, etc.

or make new video game cereals. like Call of Duty. Call of Fruity anyone?? (yeah, ok, that was lame...)
