Alright I finally got around to going to my parents and unboxing Nevermore. So sorry for the wait i recently was in a car accident and I'm still in recovery along with I've been busy. I snapped some quick pics below and hopefully can get a review on him soon. It's the colored version and the shipper said 175 out of 285 I believe. I opened him and was blown away. Tweeterhead has done it again just a beautiful piece. It comes in one big piece so no attaching spots tail. I was expecting that but was surprised. Detail is beautiful along with paint. It looks like real wood which is insane. Nevermore Is super cool and is well dond along with i love Spots tail. The detail is just perfect and looks like the prop. As a Munster fan I'm highly impressed and happy with my purchase. Herman has a crow to point fingers at. I recommend you get one! It's a pretty big piece. Wider but a tad taller then Herman. Both look excellent! Some pics below not the best due to a storm over here but I tried with my phone. Hopefully a review to come so I can show you some HD shots of this beautiful piece. Enjoy!

i have the b/w herman and lily, but i think the color version of the clock really pops a whole lot more than the b/w. oh the predicament.

Have to say, this is the first time Tweeterhead has let me down. Received 4 packages on my return from vacation, and the one that I expected not to have any issues was Lilly Munster! Chipped nose that they painted over (really obvious, paint doesn't even match). Just ruins her appearance. On top of that, the overall quality of it just does not seem to match Herman. Looks a little...cheapish. At least to me the color version does in hand. Maybe it is just the dissapointment of getting a damaged one after all this time, but it just looked like a step back from what I had come to expect from tweeterhead.

That really sucks, I am so sorry. Can you post photos?

Sometimes, not saying this is the case but sometimes companies start to go the cheaper route to make more money. Let us know how getting a replacement goes.

It is a grainy Iphone photo, but I think you can still pretty easily tell what the issue is on the nose. The rest of the makeup/shading is a pretty big step back from what they did with Elvira, but I would look past that had it not had that problem on the nose. It really detracts from her in hand, no way to overlook it.

Just got the refund authorization to destroy it. I am actually leaning towards not collecting the Munsters line now and just letting Herman represent it.

What I don't get, is why the factories/companies do stuff like that in the first place? It is so obvious, who is not going to be dissapointed with something like that and not send it back? Waste of time for all involved.


You know what just occured to me? Mine came in the ol' plain brown box. Having a few other tweeterhead pieces, that is not the normal shipper. Dollars to doughnuts I got someone elses return!

Just saw Grandpa...holy crap, one of the finest statue lines imho...grandpa is sitting in his electric chair, smoking a cigar reading the morning paper and igor is with him...cant ask for more than that!
