Transparent sculpting material

Hi Guys

I am looking to add size to a neck on a transparent figure. It needs to be transparent as there will be electrics inside so I cant cook or boil it.
Anyone know any materials that I can us with these properties?

I know there are some clear resin's you can buy... but not sure if I've ever ran across sculpting materials like that. Be curious to know if something like this exists.

Mght have to make a pouch round the neck and cast your extra thickness. Can't see(!) that transparent scultp medium exists...be hard to see what you're sculpting.
