There was one on ebay Aus about a month or two ago but the ears jus didn't look right....

Not sure this has been talked about, but any advice on how to clean the Returns cowl? It's getting a bit of dust on it :)

"Probably one of the best cowls out there" ?

I think it is the best - Well done!

I have one and love it! It's packed up right now but ready to be displayed once my basement is finished.

For those that are thinking about it, GET IT !!!

Finally got a chance to do a side by side pic of the Hollywood Collectors 89 Batman Cowl and Toynami's Batman Returns Cowl.

Awesome, GHS2054!I envy you for having the Toynami BR Cowl!

Oily Dan, I only have the HCG 1989 Cowl, but I gotta say Toynami still wins. It's not entirely HCG's fault, their cowl looks great despite being an original sculpt rather than molded from a screen-used cowl, but Toynami is based on what in my opinion is the best and fiercest bat-cowls from any live-action batmovie so far. From shape to all those sharp contours, I can only wish that it's still within my budget. If I'm not mistaken, Toynami's was also molded from an actual cowl.

I'm trying to make another price-check on this cowl, but it seems that this has dried up even in the secondary market. How much was the highest known price for this?

WHOA! I'M SO LUCKY THEN!

I got mine for about $620 just 2 days ago! I saw it at a local online marketplace while looking for something else. Thought it was too good to be true, but called up the seller right away anyway to have it reserved. Seller asked for an immediate meet-up the following day. I must have smiled so wide when I saw him in person with a huge box next to him! Turned out that he's moving to the US for good and is leaving today, that he sold it for cheap (along with his other statues. Told me he 's a huge collector and have sold about $50k worth of his Sideshow statues to a wealthy collector just hours prior to our meetup, including the now-classic THOR PF and DOOM PF) . The cowl's in excellent condition :) Left it at my girlfriend's apartment for now, will bring it home next weekend :) SO HAPPY!

What is the going rate for this now? I've been selling off my collection to fund a new house and am curious what I could get for this. Thanks.
