IMO the random "make this guy" ideas aren't as good as the ideas to make multipurpose accessories like the torch idea. Avoid any possible problems with licenses and avoids all the possible "it don't look right" crap.

So that said, I'll restate my desire for alien hands. Something like this maybe.

Also swords and shields. Never enough of those for custom building. Also, special stands would be cool. Stands that looks like generic space station floors or sand or grass or marble tile or more detailed to look close to various movie scenes, but don't make it in overpriced polystone. Make it in affordable plastics. You could even offer them unpainted.

I think the best way would be sculpted and not lit -- flames are really hard to do right. Unless you had interchangeable heads that you could swap out for lit and unlit versions, which would be great.

Further suggestions: clear water bottles!

Also, since you guys seem like big Lost fans, how about a Jughead bomb core:

OK, here's a torch. This is an unlit torch as we'll need to work on the sculpted flames, but this could be modified with paint. Let us know your thoughts. Ones like this could be available within the next week if you guys like it. Again, ones with sculpted flames or a flame add on will come later. We're also probably going to offer some other styles of torches as well.

Yes, as a matter of fact it does, but don't try striking it, it won't work.
So, unless you or anyone has any other suggestions, we might get some of this style up shortly, and will come up with some other versions as well. In the mean time, we'll explore the flames. Thanks for any and all input!

Back to torches, i'd be interested in seeing if orange & yellow translucent "flames" mixed would heighten the realism.
