I'm not so much worried, mainly very irritated. It doesn't feel isolated to a vein, rather a whole section is in spasm on the back of my head. I wish I wasn't in work, I'd just go and sleep it off.

I had my first Migraine headache a few months ago, it woke me out of my sleep and I was in agonizing pain for a good two hours. I took some pain relievers and I vomited them up it hurt that bad.

I looked it up and it seems to be associated with migraines. I don't even have a headache though. Maybe I will later.

Excedrin PM is the only over the counter med that can make a dent in a migraine. I would suggest talking to a doctor if you get into a pattern of migraines so you can get a script for a real medication.
